Woman destroys store for not accepting her EBT card

This woman was pissed off because a store wouldn't accept her EBT card so she trashes the store.
I can't even wrap my mind around why someone would act this way. Can you?

Oh. Excuse me. Not terrible-two behavior at all.
She knows that somewhere in this is a lawsuit for her that will give her money.
It's knowing how to game the system.
