It's Illogical to Believe There Can Be Any Non-Combatants in a Combat Zone

In the 1920s, the British finished off the Iraqis in 6 months, which we could have done if we didn't have warrior-hating Rules of Engagement.

Imagine ROEs at a football game. Fans could come onto the field and interfere with the play; any player who even inadvertently bumped into them would be penalized.

What about if Mexico enters the US so that you do not kill Latinos or blacks in the USA .
