LOL

The statute-of-limitations ran out for criminal charges. What, you expected Eric 'Øbama's Wingman' Holder to prosecute someone that was doing their work for them?

Everyone knows what Øbama did through the IRS. It is the way Democrats roll. FDR (and Eleanor), JFK, LBJ, and Øbama all used the IRS against opponents.
1. The IRS asked for more info from political groups who were applying for a tax status reserved for charities. That was both left and right groups. Any evidence Obama instructrd the IRS to do so? I'd bet not.

2. Statute of limitations? Are you that clueless?

Well..no. i didn't say that. What I said is what I wrote.

And..what I posted wasn't an end to an investigation. It was a sentencing recommendation. Not a pardon. So.. there's... you know.... actually reading what I said and posted
I see the meaning. Trump is interefering in this and other judicial decisions. You have yet to say anything critical of him for it.

Helpful insghts.

A separate class of cases, federal this time, that Justice sought not to prosecute involved another group of drug users – non-violent, low-level offenders who would receive what Holder (2013) called “draconian” punishment under extant mandatory minimum sentencing laws. “Too many Americans go to too many prisons for far too long, and for no truly good law enforcement reason,” the Attorney General said, and the president has “made it part of his mission to reduce the disparities in our criminal justice system.” One way to do this, given limited resources, was to charge the drug users in the category above with different crimes that would lead to sentences “better suited to their individual conduct” rather than the mandatory minimums set in statute.
which is relevant to Trump trying to get lower sentences for his cronies?

For comparison's sake, obviously.

If it's okay for one President to have his AG be his 'wing-man', it must be okay for all of them.

Or bad for all of them.

Pick whichever one you prefer.
That's not the issue at hand. The issue is Trump using the DOJ to help his buddies get off easy for their crimes.

Apparently Trump has touched the lefty brain.
I am grateful not to be one of the brainwashed, Trump, defenders... :)
It's amazing how his defenders approve his presidency. The lawful oaths/standards/protocols expected from the most highly regarded title in the world have been taken down to gutter level.
Trump and his brainwashed followers apparently want an monarchy.
