On China and the Wuhan novel Coronavirus of 2019

For a hundred years at least (Spanish flu 1918) China (to include SE Asia) has been the source of the flu that has spread across the world and killed many thousands year in and year out; even killed tens of millions in a given year. And why? Because of the very poor hygiene of the Chinese and a locust like idea about what is edible. This is cultural and must change. It is the reason the highest rate of restaurant closings as a result of inspections is of Chinese restaurants.

Now is the time to shame this honor culture into growing the fvck up. And if they don't, NOW is the time to move the supply chain OUT of the land of pestilence and set up alternative production sites.

You know all those grand-kids whose grand-parents who died of the flu the last several decades could have used those extra few years to pass on that hard earned wisdom.

They call it the 1918 Pandemic but I seem to recall that deaths started in 1917 among the WW1 soldiers in Europe.

Yes, I remembered 1917 as the date too. But when I looked up the link for Spanish flu it said 1918 (which is a topic that too deserves its own thread i.e. the constant revisionism of this age for past knowledge). And as you read the article they thought it came from Spain when that deadly flu too was traceable to China with modern RNA/DNA technology and recovered samples. So, yep, poor Chinese hygiene came around the world and buried many of those dough boys.

Think about it. Just how dirty the world is and still S.E. Asia is the source of all this illness and death. If they'd just stop spitting on the sidewalk. Stop cutting up fresh fish directly on the sidewalk; stop eating bird shit soup; raise poultry apart from their living areas; use more soap then we'd all get to keep Grandma for one more Christmas.
