Your OP clearly suggests that Democrats are now withholding badly needed funds from the American people who need it to fight the Corona pandemic and that they are forcing “agenda items” into the bill. Are you suggesting that the bill supported by Trump and McConnell did not contain agenda items? Here is the reality of the situation:
1)The Republican’s agenda is to use this opportunity to funnel as much cash as they can to corporations and billionaire businessmen like Trump Hotel Chain.
2)The Democrat’s agenda is to use this opportunity to give trillions away to poor and working people and their favorite liberal causes like clean energy corporations and health care workers.

If I misunderstood the meaning of your original post, I stand corrected. However it did look to me like an attack on Schumer, Pelosi and their reluctance to support the bill without implementing the changes they were negotiating for.
Not nearly as ugly as what Pelosi is trying to do to this country.

It looks like the constitutional process is working and we will have a bi partisan bill soon. It is a shame that these two parties are so polarized at this point and must quibble at this time.
