She committed perjury to congress which was confirmed by James Comey. She was not charged because Paul Ryan was too chickenshit to pursue it. He was convinced she was going to win the election and he didn't want to create a political enemy with the person he thought would be the next president.
When did she commit perjury?

Funny middleview told me that he worked at a brokerage house after being a fireman who was in charge of Navy nuclear weapons IT whatever the hell that is. So are you saying that he is now a restaurant owner too, or is he just a confirmed schizoid at this point
Find my post where I said I was in charge of nuclear weapons.

Your lies should be obvious to all by now.

Jack, believe it or not the rain bothers me (a native) more than it does her. I moved away from the PNW after finishing school and only moved back in 2002. Having basked in glorious sun for decades across the American SW, Brazil, Israel, and SE Asia...we moved back to the NW.

My explanation is that - just as ex-smokers are more hostile to cigarette smoke than folks who never smoked at all - those of us who escaped the 8.5 months of rain per year only to return to the moss-caked, algae-crusted Northwest are grumpier about gray skies and rainfall.

Definitely true in my case. All the more reason I was ticked about having to cancel our Spring Break in Palm Springs this week. Grrrrrrr!
Today started out quite cold and then some sunshine with winds. Not quite the best golfing weather, but tolerable for early spring.

I guess that will be up to the voters in her district.
Do you know how few showed up to vote her in? I'm wondering how many will show up this time. I think she's running against a Jamaican immigrant Republican who says things right as I've heard her so far. We'll see what kind of people that district has.

We‘ll see in November. Whoever wins, I hope he or she will do their best to represent those who elected them.

What a mamby pamby thing to say. ha ha

I hope the voters in the district do the right thing and a good majority show up to vote this time is the thing to say.

Yes he was, but he made all his best music here in LA and lived in Malibu. My youngest son played baseball with Mike Campbell’s son Darien. Mike still lives in Tarzana. The song you posted is about my old neighborhood.
My formative growing up years were in Concord, California. Good place full of good people.

I would hope that would be KC style!
I like a place called Red Hot and Blue which touts Memphis style. Memphis style means with cole slaw on the sandwich. It's pretty good stuff.
Of course, there are a lot of local BBQ places in DFW. I haven't tried them all.

That’s not surprising. However it’s easy to hate people you really don’t know except what you have heard from unreliable sources. I’d bet money that if you really knew her you would end up liking and respecting her.

When I was in my early 20s I thought Dick Nixon was the most evil guy in the world. Then one time I sat close to him at a Mets Pirates game at Shea stadium in the late 80s and exchanged a few baseball observations with him. He was very polite and friendly and really knew his baseball too.

After that brief encounter, I read a couple books about and by him and saw several interviews he did after leaving office in disgrace. I then came to respect and appreciate him as a man and an American leader. He was a flawed man and screwed up big time but he loved America and did what he thought was right.

I have visited his library several times down in Yorba Linda where he was born and raised. His is another great American story of a tough guy who came from humble beginnings and battled his way to the top after several bitter setbacks by his own brilliance and determination.
I'd bet money you would lose that bet.

He's probably done all those things. Is that really so hard to believe. Hell, I spent two years of my active duty time in the Navy flying over the North Atlantic chasing Russian submarines; then five years traveling in Central America working on commercial aircraft for a Salvadoran Airline. I've spent the last three years every other month going to Mexico on mission trips. People have varied lives. If you live long enough you wear a lot of different hats.
I imagine MV has more on his resume than he has shared on this board. I know I do. You probably do too, unless you're eighteen years old.
Middleview said he was Navy IT kept track of navy nukes, then got out of the navy and went to college to be a fireman. He currently is a fireman, who works for a brokerage house and also owns a restaurant. Wake up the fact is that everyone in the navy gets firefighting training, this does not make one a fireman, but middleview got out of the navy and instead of going to college for computer IT went to college to learn how to drag a hose,

Now he owns a restaurant, works for the exchange, while not being a fireman all this is concurrent not what he has done in the past.

So now you are claiming that you did not say that you were navy IT who mostly inventoried nuclear weapons, who got out of the navy and went to college to be a fireman and now you work for a brokerage house while running a restaurant?

You said it all girly, now I know that you do not have control of all your personalities but you said it all girl

Here is what you said Shirley

middleview said:
Everybody aboard ship goes to fire fighting school. Those who lead teams go more than once, both for fire fighting and damage control.

My other job was in IT and I spent most of my enlistment at the Fleet Operations Control Center. Mostly nuclear weapons inventory and Sea Surveillance
