I wish I could say the same for England. The law protects freedom of speech but, God knows how, the Crown Prosecution Service has taken it upon themselves to introduce Hate Speech as being a crime.

Much the same here, one gets tried in the court of public opinion (Like here in PJ) Due process is sadly a thing of the past in some cases, it seems that things are more opinion/emotionally driven rather that by law and logic.
