kinda... but it's an inner city school.. all the kids and teachers got the covid... class got pushed to zoom. your street is engulfed in riots. your parents are unemployed...

and you raised it to a C.

heroic.
Fair enough. This IS the American Dream and always has been.

40 million jobs lost in two months, over 2 million new unemployment claims last week alone, and Trump’s BLS says unemployment rate is at 13% and falling.

;-)
That could be true. How many of those jobs lost were someone’s second or third job, someone who remained employed?

reason10

Governor
Trump, during the campaign, claimed unemployment was really above 40% and quoted how many millions of people were out of work....which included infants, stay at home moms or dads, retirees and people in prison. The Trump rabble sucked it up like mother's milk...

Clearly the most gullible in our history.
President Trump inherited the WORST job numbers in history, and you know this. You continue to tell the same lies over and over again when I have PROVEN they are lies. It's like you are just retarded.

Obama was the FOOD STAMP PRESIDENT. Under his disastrous regime, people had GIVEN UP on even looking for a job. There were no jobs. And the Obama said we are going to have to settle for that new normal, and that Trump would not be able to produce the jobs he was talking about except through a magic wand, OR DID YOU SOMEHOW CONVENIENTLY FORGET THAT?

Obama was terrible for economic growth
Last week the Commerce Department released its third revision for fourth-quarter 2016 gross domestic product. The number came in at a paltry 2.1 percent, meaning that growth during President Obama’s final year in office — the end of an “Error of Hope” — landed with a big thud at just 1.6 percent.

That low-water mark puts the Obama presidency in last place among all the post-World War II presidents when it comes to economic growth.

You have LOST this argument. Move on.

It’s hard to know what is going on given the atrocious dishonesty of the Trump administration, but there seems to be some funny business afoot. Example:

“Another complicating factor: the BLS noted that for the third month in a row, its data collectors misclassified some workers as "employed not at work," when they should have been classified as "unemployed on temporary layoff." If it weren't for that issue, the unemployment rate could have been as high as 19.2% in April and 16.1% in May, not including seasonal adjustments, the BLS said.“

You've failed to produce evidence to back up your claims. What is your source to claim higher unemployment than Hoover at 25% or Reagan at 10.8%? Trump's numbers just came down to 13%.

Trump's GDP growth has not been the 4% he promised and his deficits were up to a trillion before covid.

I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive.

How is Trump responsible for the joblessness associated with state governors shutting down 90% of businesses? Under the circumstances, 13% is an awesome number, provided it doesn't get stuck there for the intermediate term. The fact is that he had made real measurable gains in the LFPR of 25 to 54 year olds, prior to this covid-19 "closure" nonsense.

If it can get back close to what it was before you idiots started yapping about "social distancing" before the election, Trump can rightly take credit for an astounding turnaround.

Where did I say that unemployment coming down by 2 million jobs was a bad thing?

Feel free to answer the question. What has Trump done that he can claim credit for the improvement?
He's been doing something right:

Just not being Obama maybe?

Why are the governors responsible for the devastating catastrophe brought about by Trump’s dismantling of our pandemic response team and his two months of lying and bumbling as the virus raged throughout our country?

Sheesh.

So we are the only country that closed down for months? Of course not - you are (again) propagandizing.

He did no better (or worse) than the (leftist) leaders of comparable nations did. Lets see how fast their economies come back.

Nope. Other similarly inept national leaders failed too, although they did not disband their nations’ pandemic response team and most had less time to react than we did.

Of course, nations with competent leaders, like South Korea, have fared WAY better.

Trump has done the worst, but you just love the guy. Fluff away.

South Korea had the "benefit" of having had to deal with two serious pandemics in the past 15 years, so naturally they would be better prepared than other nations to quickly adopt distancing and testing regimes. So you are beating up on Trump because we have been fortunate enough to not have had to deal with that kind of problem before.

Trump has been neither the best or the "worst:"

But feel free to propagandize away...

No propaganda. Just the facts ma’am.

Trump disbanded our pandemic response team to “save money,” and spent two months lying and bumbling instead of acting to fend off our catastrophe, which led to the US leading the world by far in COVID infections and deaths.

But you just love the guy. Fluff away,

He can't refute the facts and just call you "ma'am"
why does he think you're a female?
Maybe he thinks I'm someone other than the poster who has been deconstructing his propaganda for over 15 years.
