Flynn case goes into double overtime

Barr is going to any length to help Trump win because he knows once there is a real AG in charge of the DOJ, he’s toast.

It’s already no secret that Barr is not really an AG, per say but rather a Roy Cohn like ‘fixer’ for Trump and the band of crooked scumbags he has always associated with. Fortunately we have a Congress that takes their oversight responsibility very seriously. I watched the judiciary committee doing just that today.

Speaking of Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman, Barr has just attempted to remove the prosecutor who is currently investigating Lev, Igor, Rudy “Hand Grenade” Guiliani and replace him with Trump’s golf buddy who has no prosecutorial experience. (Just as I predicted). Trump and Barr are both brazen scumbags who obviously have absolutely no respect for the rule of law and are using the DOJ as a tool to sell get out of jail free cards and to attack their political opposition.

Today at the hearings, crackpots Louis “Nutbag” Gohmert and Jim “Sauna Boy” Jordan were acting like a couple of preteen brats in church and trying to do whatever they could to keep the testimony from being heard. These two imbeciles might end up in straight jackets and hauled out of the room tomorrow if they can’t stop from making total asses of themselves. Your world is coming apart at the seams before your eyes and you can’t even see it champy.

It’s just going to keep getting better and better after Trump gets his ass handed to him in November and next January when we get a real AG in office. I predict Danny Goldman will be apointed and then the real fun will start. Unlike Barr/Durham who are both a couple bags of gas with 0.0 indictments, the indictments against Trump and all of his crooked scumbag cohorts will be dealt out like cards in a poker game.

Not even close. Holder knows the law and would never even attempt any of the crap Barr is deeply involved in right now. Watch the Congressional hearings and the obvious corruption being exposed in real time on CSPAN.
The corruption is everywhere. The Oval Office, the Pentagon, the Fed, the Supreme Court, Congress, the intelligence agencies, the 2 parties, the bourgeois opposition (Greens, Libertarians, etc.), grassroots radicalism, the unions, the labor parties, the workers’ states, all are corrupted by capitalism. Some irredeemably and others in a way qualified against their still positive overall role.

I don’t believe in any isms. I do however put a lot of stock in the US Constitution and especially the Bill of Rights. America was not founded on the principles of CapitalISM, SocialISM and definitely not CommunISM or MarxISM. It was founded as a Constitutional Republic based on Free Enterprise, private land ownership and Personal Freedom against tyranny. Although both parties have continually chipped away at our founding principles by selling out to the highest bidder over the years and passed some horrible legislation, we still retain that founding document which has held up quite well over the years. The Congressional oversight which is probing into this blatantly corrupt bunch of slime which oozed into the Executive branch of our government is a testimony to the strength of our founding documents.

You are fantasizing now.
You are the one who is not facing the reality of this grossly corrupt AG. Luckily, anybody and everybody who understands how our constitutional system works is aware that what Barr is doing is a brazen and unprecedented breach of the public trust.

Capitalism “works” whether you believe in it or not. I am glad you like the Bill of Rights. I do too. And I honor the mass struggle to get it added to the Constitution, which was a victory for the workers.

America was not founded on the principles of CapitalISM, SocialISM and definitely not CommunISM or MarxISM.
Capitalism doesn’t have principles, it has interests. Likewise the working class has interests, and the expression of those general interests is called communism. The U.S. was founded on capitalists’ interest.

It was founded as a Constitutional Republic
The typical form of capitalist rule

based on Free Enterprise
Early capitalism. Now supplanted by monopoly capitalism which beat free-market capitalism on its own terms, and sublimated into the imperialism by which monopoly capitalists compete with other monopoly capitalists.

private land ownership
Not universal to capitalism, but general under capitalism and often not universal in precapitalist societies.

and Personal Freedom against tyranny
A legacy of the first revolution. One it took a second revolution (the Civil War and Reconstruction) to safeguard.

Although both parties have continually chipped away at our founding principles by selling out to the highest bidder over the years and passed some horrible legislation, we still retain that founding document which has held up quite well over the years.
If you can keep it. I would advise zealous defense of the Bill of Rights without racial or political favor, and resistance to the imperial executive and military/police rule, without making a fetish of the current constitutional republic.

The Congressional oversight which is probing into this blatantly corrupt bunch of slime which oozed into the Executive branch of our government is a testimony to the strength of our founding documents.
How many times was Berlusconi “investigated” for blatant corruption and how many times was he re-elected and did whatever he wanted with regard to policy? I’ll be impressed if Congress ever gets the power to declare war back.

1)The word Capitalism is not included in the US Constitution. That document was not written with the intent of letting money control our government which is exactly what is the problem now.

2) The general interests of the working class is not served by Communism. The second plank of the Communist Manifesto is a progressive income tax which was instated by Communist traitors in the US government in the early 20th Century. It has been the scourge of the working class since it‘s inception. It has also served to chip away at the bill of rights and changed every US banking institution from a fiduciary of it‘s clients into a de facto informant agency for the Communist inspired IRS. There is absolutely no provision n he US Constitution which empowers the government to tax income or the fruits of labor. That’s a uniquely Communist idea.

3) Our Constitution allows us to control Capitalists and break up trusts and monopolies as was done at the turn of the last century. It also allows us to protect workers rights to collective bargaining and can legislate to level the playing field between capital and labor. We need to elect people who will do their job and fight corruption rather than becoming a part of it. The last thing we need is some kind of Communist authoritarian regime. We need to get back to the US Constitution and the Bill of rights, end the illegal income tax system and the loss of privacy it has created. Labor should never be taxed, capital should be taxed.

1. It was written by wealthy lawyers, planters, and merchants, to secure themselves in power.
2. The income tax, expressly authorized by the 16th Amendment, was created by popular demand, to shift the tax burden from the middle classes who disproportionately pay revenue tariffs to the rich who disproportionately pay income tax. As originally written, and in the form generally advocated by communists, income taxes are on dividends, rental income, interest income, and capital gains only—not wages, pensions, or entitlements.
3. The reason Americans were allowed to elect trustbusters was because the ruling class found itself caught between anarchism and other labor radicalism on one hand, and middle-class anti-imperialism on the other, and needed a means of breaking the alliance between the middle-class and working-class dissidents. The income tax was a concession to the same grassroots rebellions. The right to collective bargaining was won by the militancy of the CIO, and legislation to give the government extra power to “level the playing field” has consistently resulted in the government putting its thumb on the scale to favor the employers. In general, the government reflects the economic reality that must be defended by the police that are the core of government. Voting doesn’t change that. The income tax is the tax that hits capital hardest and labor least, which is why capitalists are so intent on getting rid of it.
