Yes, I agree. This is just worthless "virtue signalling" by billionaires trying to keep from losing their revenue streams. Personally, I'm okay with eliminating the National Anthem at sporting events. That makes sense. But at least it was (ostensibly) aimed at American patriotism. Which (presumably) includes African AMERICANS. What I don't get is why we need to start playing the "black national anthem" which isn't, you know, "designed to be national" at all, but rather is segregationist. It implies acceptance of the concept that African Americans have no reason to be considered as part of "one America" and instead need their own, parallel "nationalism" separate and apart from the rest of us. Sounds like a "slippery slope" to me.
