No, right-wing racists invented dog whistles so they could make racist appeals and pretend they weren't doing so. Micro-aggressions make it harder for people of color to stay in school, get and keep jobs ... they are real obstacles to racial equality.
LOL like all conservatives are born with a "dog-whistle lexicon" that is hardwired into our brains.

You are such an incredible bigot.

And do you even know what a micro-aggression is?

a comment or action that subtly and often unconsciously or unintentionally expresses a prejudiced attitude toward a member of a marginalized group (such as a racial minority)

School is free ... to a certain point ... for Blacks and whites due to left-wing class struggle. We don't need cops in our schools.
K thru 12 is FREE
w/the amounts of student loans NOT repaid much of college is also FREE
now Joe wants pre-school and community college to be FREE also

Oh, and FREE lunches for ALL as well

We didn't before segregation

Uh huh, and it is hard to excel in an environment where people are constantly expressing prejudice against you.

The art of the dog whistle was honed for decades by Madison Avenue's best.

Right, because the left has such incredibly thin skin that even the slightest recognition of a person's skin color can send them into uncontrollable rage leading to riots and death.

That's why they're called snowflakes. :)

Or, it's a leftie meme that only idiots believe. I tend toward believing the latter. :)

Isn't it the colorblind-racist right that insists we pretend not to be aware that people have different races?

No one says to pretend anything. unlike the left who cries victim at the slightest odd look. Colorblind mean treating all people equally, not giving one group favored status over another.

Wouldn’t that require systematically tearing up the institutional roots of racism?

We have been tearing away at those "institutional roots". By law, you can't use skin color, sexual orientation, or religion to make business decisions concerning individuals. Of course, the left ignores this, like in college admissions by favoring minorities over whites and Asians, or through "special" voting rules for inner city blacks.

Lefite fascists think the road to equality is more racism.

1) Yes, by law you can take those things into account if your goal is to ensure nondiscrimination.
2) Whites are more likely to get into their first-choice colleges with below-average grades and test scores.
3) Skin color is also a better predictor of employment and wealth than education or criminal background.

1) It is a punishable infraction.

2) you keep saying that, but colleges tweaking their academic entrance standards to favor blacks speaks otherwise

3) Have you looked at the inner city educational system? Add to that the blight that BLM's violence and rioting is placing on the black community in general. Half of the black community's problems are of their own making. Some black leaders, like MLK, have been trying to tell blacks that for decades.

1. Under what law?
2. No, it isn't. First, you make it sound as if standards have been lowered, rather than changing the whole package being looked for. Second, the outcome has been to take a system that was heavily biased in whites' favor and replace it with a system that was still biased in whites' favor, only to a lesser extent.
3. Only 1/3 of Blacks, and only about half of Black children, live in the inner city. But the social decision to provide the people of the inner city with substandard schools is obviously a glaring example of racism. Inequality of opportunity long predates the much-exaggerated "violence and rioting." It wasn't Black rioters who destroyed the Greenwood District when it was the richest Black community in the country. Feel free to quote King on the sentiment that you are attributing to him.

2) In other words, discriminating against whites and Asians in favor of blacks.

3) "Do you know that Negroes are 10 percent of the population of St. Louis and are responsible for 58% of its crimes? We've got to face that. And we've got to do something about our moral standards," King once told a black congregation. "We know that there are many things wrong in the white world, but there are many things wrong in the black world, too. We can't keep on blaming the white man. There are things we must do for ourselves."

1) the Civil Rights Act allows for (indeed, requires) affirmative action as means to reduce discrimination.
2) More accurate to say reducing the amount of discrimination in favor of whites at the expense of Blacks, Asians, etc.
3) You forgot to include the part where he said that Black behavior was the biggest problem faced by the Black community.

How many? I haven’t heard of any. If he was using a disguise to get a little 10 year old girl and I think he would be a pedophile not a transgender a pedophile who would go to any lengths to get a child. That unfortunately isn’t rare n if he disguised himself as a woman or a policeman or something like that.
there's many of those

Eh, since you have more expertise with policemen than i have, maybe you're correct.

I've never lived with a cop!!

1. It’s implied by the very text you quoted. Anyway, the same Congresses that passed both the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Civil Rights Acts of the Reconstruction Era also explicitly provided for affirmative action by law to complement those acts.
2. No, that would be grossly inaccurate. Whites have far more opportunity than equally capable and hard-working Blacks, as demonstrated by actual statistics, while few opportunities would be open to Asians at all if not for affirmative action.
