Whites verifiably have more opportunities. All affirmative action does is slightly reduce the disparity in opportunity and make race less of a factor in whether people have opportunities.

Those communities of Asians who are mostly poor (Vietnamese-Americans for example) face high rates of police brutality although anti-Asian racism operates differently from anti-Black racism. In terms of opportunity, even the wealthy, educated Asians who compose most immigrant communities are restricted; for example, the average Asian-American earns less than the average white American with the same level of education.
