By who? Biden has been in charge of our covid response for six months (well before this delta variant showed up).
Well, Fauci the Highest paid federal employee (more than even the President) was in charge long before C-19 and even sent over $600,000 to the Wuhan Lab and as we see PJ libs whine of Trump and expert scientist are saying Delta will not be the last Variant and there will be variant after variant to come.

Biden promised to end covid if elected and Ray Charles could see Biden is full of shit.......

Yep. In addition to anti-mask/vaxers and blaming blacks and wetbacks, we have the hoaxers.
"wetbacks" are covid spreaders.

"anti-mask/vaxxers" I don't think majority are anti-anything and it appears majority get so much misinformation from Fauci and leaders they don't know what to do, "you don't need wear a mask, mask don't work, if vaccinated mask not needed, if vaccinated wear a mask indoors".........what we have is Mass Confusion. In case you miss my link to spam, here:

If someone wants to change their DNA take the Jab, many aren't ready to take the chances that come with the experimental vax. Following my Doctors advice an anti-vaxxer does it make me as in a couple moths again I shall take the Flu vax.

I didn't say what you think you heard

This explains it better than I can and why we're where we're at with COVID:

If you don't get vaccinated, you can't work at Faux Noiz either.

Yes, we are not nice about it. But you prove why no one shouldn't be nice about it.

Here you are listening to a person who is protected by vaccination and got vaccinated because someone else told him to take it telling others they are being controlled if they get vaccinated after listening to medical experts.

You really have to be stupid not to see you are being taken for a chump.

They never emphasize that the 1919 flu started in 1918. Only it was a mild flu in 1918.
It was its next mutation that turned into the second deadliest pandemic in human history.

Keep your fingers cross because it looks like we are heading in the wrong direction.

I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive.

Yeah, the mask wearing is insipid virtue signaling - it does exactly nothing to stem the spread:

I have not seen a single Republican say not to get the vaccine.

That graph tells us nothing.

You literally had a Republican govt who forbade his health dept from vaccinating teens if they wanted to get vaccinated.

Also in "blue' state Illinois, if we are supposed to keep score:

Packed Lollapalooza wraps up with massive crowds in Chicago amid fears the four-day concert could become a COVID super-spreader event
  • The four-day music festival will close on Sunday with headliners Foo Fighters playing to 100,000 people
  • The event, in its 30th year, is one of the largest festivals to have been staged since the pandemic began
  • Attendees must present proof of being fully vaccinated, or else show a negative COVID test within 72 hours
  • On Thursday 90 percent of those attending were fully vaccinated, officials said, and 600 were turned away
  • Chicago's COVID case load had dropped to as low as 34 in late June, but is now back up to 192 - although hospitalizations remain drastically lower
  • Health officials report that 51.7 percent of the city's 2.6 million residents are fully vaccinated - lower than the state average of 58 percent
  • An increase in COVID cases is expected after the event, although officials are hoping that it will not see a serious surge in hospitalizations and deaths
