False premise. I have not called anyone a liar.
In order to do that, I would have to say I know with certainty....I am saying the opposite. If I admit I do not know, how could I possibly allege anyone is lying? Logic dictates that I cannot.
You need to rethink your position, assuming you thought about it the first time.
You have decided that both sides deserve equal benefit of the doubt and they don't.
Every accusation by Trump and his mob have been proven false.
Every answer by elections officials in the battleground states match what I KNOW of election processes and are verified by audits in each of those states.
I've worked on elections. I KNOW what the process is. I KNOW that if those processes are not followed then the violations would show up in the audits. I also KNOW that within the election process there are cross checks. Voters must sign poll books if voting in person. The voter database is updated with the fact that the person voted and on what date...that comes from the poll book as validated by the poll supervisor.
The number of ballots cast in a polling place must match the number of entries in the poll book. Every polling place is run by volunteers from both parties and is also staffed by poll watchers from both parties.
Absentee ballots are mailed to addresses of eligible and active voters. In CO if you have not voted in two elections you will not get a ballot. Absentee ballots are returned with a signature of the individual who it was sent to and their address. This is cross checked with the voter database by a serial number on the envelope. When the absentee ballot is received it is checked against the voter database to be sure the voter didn't also vote in person. That is why all absentee ballots are counted after in person ballots are recorded.
Trump claimed thousands of dead people voted in Georgia. That was shown to be false. Powell claimed that ballots were sent to a system in Germany, owned by Dominion. They were then changed to be for Biden. She also claimed that US troops raided the place and confiscated the computers. Clearly that was a lie.
The Trump team claimed thousands of ballots were scanned more than once. If that were true then the hand recounts would have failed.
Lastly, the majority of cases filed by Giuliani, Powell, Wood and others alleged that election officials in a number of states made unconstitutional changes to the election process....like authorizing mail in ballots where they should have been limited to people who could not vote in person. That was false. They claimed extending the period during which absentee ballots could be accepted. Actually that was upheld, but irrelevant, since the number of ballots in any state which arrived more than three days after election day was a very small number. They claimed that signature match requirements were weakened in at least one state. That was irrelevant as well, since there are other checks in place on the absentee envelope to insure that the ballot came from the person it was mailed to and the remedy suggested by the Trump team to invalidate all mail in ballots in those states would penalize voters.
So, as explained, the allegations of fraud were completely and undeniably debunked. That is what I know.
The court cases arguing process and constitutionality were tossed based on standing and the idiocy of the suggested remedy.
