Do Liberals Ever Report Anything Correctly ?

Not in this case they don't. On the far-left TV show "The View" Whoppi Goldberg, while reading the teleprompter, read "allegedly" in relation to the case (McMicheal/Arberry) , and then stopped herself.

"Not, allegedly, we saw them do it!" she said. "They chased him down and then they shot and killed him! Not allegedly--I'm not saying it." Co-host Sunny Hostin agreed with Goldberg's choice, saying "Thank you" repeatedly amid the audience clapping.

Yes, she was saying it, and she said it WRONG. NO, they did NOT chase him down. That is FALSE (# 1). Their truck was standing still, and they were still. Arberry was the one who was moving, and he, without necessity, chose to move straight toward Travis McMichael.

Arberry then attacked McMicheal, and threw a number of punches at him. This is why the word "unarmed" is also FALSE (# 2). When you are holding a gun (for self-defense) and someone attacks you, they are no longer "unarmed". They then are essentially armed with your own weapon, which they could seize, and use against you. This is standard National Guard training which I received in the past.

FALSE # 3 is the use of the word "murder" by the author of the MSN link article (Monique Jones). There has been no determination of any "murder" having been committed, and the assinine act of Arberry charging at a guy holding a shotgun ( who also happened to be bigger and stronger than Arberry), could better be described as insanity, extreme stupidity, or suicide.

The video shows them following Arbery. They tried to cut him off by pulling over in front of him, drove ahead and stopped, got out of their truck and confronted Arbery, saying "stop, stop...we want to talk to you" (their version of the story)....

Arbery saw them as a threat and probably thought running away would get him shot in the back...so he tried to disarm McMichael.

FALSE! The video does NOT show than following Arbery, and even if it did, so what ? You want to file a stalking charge against the McMichaels ? Feel free.

But that isn't what the charges are. they are murder & manslaughter, so let's talk about THAT.

I don't know where you came up with this "version" that you posted here, but NONE of it is correct. The video shows the McMichaels' truck and the 2 men standing STILL. Arbery was running toward the truck. He ran across the right side of it, and then suddenly turned left, toward Travis, charging at him, attacking him. He then fought with Travis, punched him, and tried to grab the gun. Clear cut self-defense, all the way.

Shouldn't ever have been a charge (same as Rittenhouse, Zimmerman, Shelby, Jeronimo, Wilson, et al). Look at the video instead of posting blind. try cutting it to 505 speed and look at 0:19on the time bar - this is where Arbery turned left and attacked Travis. He could have kept going straight. he could have turned right. He turned left.

And thinking somebody might shoot at you, is not a reason for attacking them. If it were, gun owners in Georgia (open carry state), would be attacked by people by the thousands every month. Nobody threatened anybody with a gun. Just having a gun in one's possession openly, is legal in Georgia. Having a gun doesn't mean you are threatening someone. Just the thought of that is ludicrous.

How did you think McMichaels got in front of Arbery? Why is the guy in the second truck following Arbery? McMichaels tried to cut off Arbery, yelling at him to STOP, We want to talk to you....Arbery kept running. Travis McMichael's own testimony shows you are wrong...

"I recognize ... it is the same guy that I saw from the 11th." He testified he tried to ask Arbery while still in his truck what was going on, "trying to deescalate" the situation. He said Arbery did not respond, kept running and "he looks very angry."

He testified he tried talking to Arbery a second time, during which Arbery stopped, did not say anything, stood but took off again after Travis McMichael said police were on their way.

Eventually, Travis McMichael said he noticed another truck in the neighborhood. Prosecutors contend Bryan, the third defendant, got in his own truck and joined the pursuit, though he did not know what was going on, and struck Arbery with his vehicle.

Travis McMichael testified about the path they took in their vehicle through the neighborhood, adding that he saw Arbery at one point seemingly "grabbing" the other truck.

Eventually, Travis McMichael said he parked his vehicle and saw Arbery coming in their direction and yelled at Arbery to "stop where you're at" and went to grab for his shotgun. At that point, Travis McMichael said Arbery turned and ran back, before eventually coming back again.

I don't CARE how McMicheal got where he got, and neither should anybody else. Again, the charges are murder & manslaughter. That has to do with what happened when Arbery CHOSE to turn left, and charge at Travis, not where or when the truck was.

I don't CARE one iota about the guy in the second truck following Arbery, and neither should anybody else. He has NOTHING to do with the charges of murder & manslaughter. All these charges are political hype, hyped further by the leftist media, and distorted into a racial issue, which is irrelevant. Mass hysteria.

McMicheals did not try to cut off Arbery, and Arbery unecessarily turned left, and went at McMichaels. If he told Arbery to stop, so what ? That isn't murdering somebody. I remember saying "Stop" to somebody who as jogging, because I wanted to talk to him. I didn't get charged with murder.

This case is overflowing with hype, and you're falling for every bit of it.
Oh so, "Prosecutors contend", do they ? That's nice. Prosecutors have a habit of doing that. Sometimes truthfully. Sometimes not. Ho hum.

Isn't it interesting that in all this jibberish you just posted, there is not one word about the only thing that matters in a self-defense murder case. That is, that the defendant was ATTACKED by the deceased. Case closed.

Arbery was defending himself against people who were armed and attempted to block his path as he was jogging.

FALSE! Arbery was the attacker. McMichael was the defender. The video clearly shows that.

And Arbery was armed by virtue of his attack on an armed defender. When that happens both guys are armed.

Nobody attempted to block Arbery's path. He could easily have kept going straight ahead, or turned to the right, and instead turned left toward McMichael. You should know better that to repeat the foolish media, deflection jibberish.

He was actually bumped by one of the trucks as it attempted to stop him in the street. If someone chases you down a street, pulls over in front of you and climbs out with a gun in hand would you honestly not believe they were a threat?

Eventually, Travis McMichael said he noticed another truck in the neighborhood. Prosecutors contend Bryan, the third defendant, got in his own truck and joined the pursuit, though he did not know what was going on, and struck Arbery with his vehicle.

Oh, never mind...I see my problem. You and honesty...hahahaha.

WOW! Where do you come up with these fantasies ? Is this what they are feeding all you gullible DUPES, at CNN, MSNBC, PBS, et al DUPELANDS ?

Back to reality. The point of reference is the video I already posted. It shows Arbery was the attacker. McMichael was the defender. It shows Arbery running along the right side of the McMichaels' STOPPED truck, not "actually" being "bumped" by anything. It shows him CHOOSING to turn left, and then attack Travis McMichael.

What it does NOT show, is the ludicrous leftist media poppycock story you shamefully repeated here. It does not show anybody chasing Arbery. It does NOT show Arbery being bumped by anything. It does NOT show anybody pulling "in front of" anybody.
It does NOT show Travis "climb out" with a gun in hand (as he already was out with his gun before Arbery arrived).

And you DON'T see your problem. YOU and your DIShonesty, or amazing gullibilty, if you believe these ludicrous media concoctions.

This is from the link I provided in your previous post...

The court also heard from Stephan Lowrey on Wednesday, who was an investigator with Glynn County police at the time of the shooting.
Lowrey testified that Bryan, one of the defendants, told him during an interview that he was on his porch on February 23, 2020, when he saw a "Black guy running down the road" and a truck "trailing or following" him. Bryan told Lowrey he yelled "You all got him?" to the truck and then got in his own truck to "assist," according to a transcript of the interview.
Bryan, who recorded cell phone video of the shooting, allegedly hit Arbery with his truck after he joined the McMichaels in chasing Arbery. The three men were allowed to leave the scene and weren't arrested until the video became public.

On Wednesday, Lowrey testified Bryan told him that once in his truck, he "angled" Arbery "off the side of the road," according to the transcript. Bryan told Lowery he had not seen Arbery prior to that incident, according to the transcript, and was not aware of him being involved in "any past instances."

So in your version of events, Arbery had no reason to feel threatened and the McMichaels just happened to have been parked on that street in Arbery's path...

Lots of people feel threatened by lots of things. They don't turn from the direction they're going and attack somebody, throw punches, and try to take a person's gun away from them. Arbery did all those things. The only thing that kept Travis from being murdered, with Arbery as the murderer, was that Travis was stronger than Arbery, and Arbery's attack failed because of that.

All this blabbering about Bryan is jibberish, and words that follow the word "allegedy" don't mean squat. Ho hum.

Self-defense. Wrong verdict. Appeal case could easily overturn this verdict IF it is not based on racial demographics. (as this trial appears to be)

Brunswick, GA - 60% black ; 32% white
So based on that logic, how could a black man ever expect a fair trial in a majority white city....

One black person on the jury in a city with 60% black citizens...go figure.
