The link is blank.

I wasn't discussing the long game, which you'd see of you could actually digest what was written
The link works fine for me.

But anyhow, let's post it again...

If the link doesn't work for you again, I'll give you the gist of it so you can look it up.

Do you agree with Biden's long game since it is most assuredly relevant?

In a couple days or a couple weeks or a couple months Biden or his press secretary will be Fielding questions from a press pool and one or both of them will say on November 24th the president authorized the release of gas from the strategic reserves to help alleviate travel for the millions of Americans traveling to see their families over Thanksgiving. Or something like that.

Meanwhile all of those millions of gallons still have to be paid for by the consumer, and the profits went in the pockets of the oil companies.
\You can fool some of the people but you can't fool all the people'

Yes it's a political game

And taxpayers it will be the 2nd time they've paid for the gas

There is a shortage relative to demand and consumption. That IS the driver of prices. His war on fossil fuels has created this mess.
But why would that be ?
Consumption was done immensely last year.
It not like the oil they had already pumped and stored went bad.
It not like we are using more oil than we did in 2019
Why aren't you blaming the oil companies and OPEC.
They decide how much to produce.
It is not a war on fossil fuels that have them producing less.
It's their decision to cap wells during the pandemic.
And now just like other companies they are gouging consumers.

I don't understand why the right wing doesn't want to let the oil sit underground.

Let Saudi Arabia think long and hard about how much we have. ;)

the pandemic created this mess.
The price of gas went down because nobody was driving anywhere. Producers cut back. Demand picked up and oil companies are happy pushing the price up. Nothing Biden has done cut current production levels.

If you believe that then pretty damn stupid of your senile goof to effectively kill exploration and drilling on federal lands while production was already depressed, huh?

So now that you've finally acknowledged that supply and demand are the greatest driver of prices we can finally discuss why supply is low.

You think it's wise to actively inhibit leasing and drilling while production is low? That caused the current energy crisis.
