This is a perfect illustration of liberal cluelessness when it comes to guns & law enforcement. Here is your tutoring session. Read slowly >>
1. Betty Shelby was improperly arrested for first-degree
manslaughter after the shooting was politically labeled a homicide. "politically" becasue the loudmouth idiots of BLM and the ACLU threatened protests (possibly rioting).
What actually happened was Crutcher (like everyone else undereducated in America's schools run by clueless liberals), having no idea how to act in confrontation with police (not taught in our schools), made the HUGE mistake of putting his hand inside the SUV window, thereby allowing it to disappear from the officer's view.
This will always cause the suspect to be immediately shot, as standard police academy training is to shoot whenever hand(s) disappear from view. This is because it takes a suspect 1/4 second to fire a gun from the previously hidden hand. The officer has no time to react. Thus, only defense is to fire, when the hand disappears.
This is the cause of many police shootings (Jacob Blake, Laquan McDonald, Yanez Jeronimo, Philip Brailsford, & hundreds more)
I also received this training in the National Guard.
2. Didn't matter that someone filmed the Slager/Scott shooting. All the video did was show that Slager did the correct thing, shooting Scott, as the Fleeing Felon Rule, requires cops to shoot fleeing felons to prevent them from escaping out into the community, where they could cause harm.
Only reason Slager was charged and convicted, is because N. Charleston is a black majority community, and those charging him were concerned with VOTES, not justice (same as the Arbery case in which Brunswick, GA is 60% black, 32% white.
3. FALSE! There is no video showing Chauvin to be kneeling on Floyd's neck. Video shows Chauvin's knee on Floyd's HEAD. I don't know what you consider to be false in Chauvin's report, and I suspect you don't know either.
The arrest never had a compression on Floyd's neck, and never had any asphyxiation.
The Hennepin County’s chief medical examiner,
Dr. Andrew Baker was INTIMIDATED AND COERCED into including neck compression in his diagnosis of Floyd’s death.
The
exhibit in question is a three-page file memorandum that memorializes a November 5, 2020 conference between
Dr. Roger Mitchell, former Washington D.C. chief medical examiner and deputy mayor of Washington, and several prosecutors from both Hennepin County and the state attorney general’s office.
The result was a false report.
