I am sorry for linking you with the word feeble.
It was my mistake and I hope you accept this apology.

The word I should have used was enfeebled.

I hope we can get past this misunderstanding.

OSHA's Mission
With the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Congress created the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for workers by setting and enforcing standards and by providing training, outreach, education and assistance.

Yes that is correct..because..

work-related danger" or "occupational hazard," as opposed to an infection that "can and does spread at home, in schools, during sporting events, and everywhere else that people gather." As such it is more like "day-to-day dangers that all face from crime, air pollution or any number of communicable diseases."

, "[a] vaccine mandate is strikingly unlike the workplace regulations that OSHA has typically imposed" because it "cannot be undone at the end of the workday."

Just another way for Government to make money by fining companies for bullshit and slow production down so why hasn't OSHA did same with common colds or the Flu

It would be great if there was some way to have workers vaccinated during the workday, with those same workers being able to return to unvaccinated bliss when they leave work, but there isn’t.

Not sure the path forward. But it is not via OSHA, at least at this time

If not now, when? Omicron is about to race through the entire country just like it has raced through NYC and other areas. The SCOTUS wingers’ decision will cost many thousands of lives.

This past week, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention noted that a Kaiser Permanente study in Southern California found omicron has a 91% reduction in the risk of death compared to the delta variant. It has a 74% reduction in intensive care unit admissions and a 53% reduction in symptomatic hospitalization. No one in the country with the omicron variant is on a mechanical ventilator. There won't be many thousands of people dying from the Omicron. Sorry to ruin your death wish.

You actually seem to think that thousands of Americans do not continue to die from the disease. It’s remarkable to see how much your handlers have destroyed your mind.
