It’s a published tactic in many states, genius. What demonstrable fact will the diminutive hack deny next, eh?

Just pathetic.
He ask for a link yet didn't post a Link with his 25% lie until called on it and posted a Link that proved MV lied.....shocked not

I’m not posting links for any blithering doofus who isn’t aware that lefty Democrat politicians have a published strategy of enforcing UGBs (urban growth boundaries) to coerce high-density developments and so forth. Whether these party apologist hacks are too lazy to stay informed…or whether they seek to cause normal people to waste time on their trolling…IN BOTH CASES they aren’t worth the effort.

So it goes with states that intentionally decline widening or adding lanes to highway systems in consorted effort to drive commuters out of cars and into light rail and bus systems.

Hive dwelling collectivist kooks can’t stand strong, independent, self-sufficient individual citizens. They demand that we pack together while simultaneously moaning about covid hygiene and spacing. These clowns need to be defeated at every turn.

"states" are refusing to widen roads? Which states? Urban Growth limits are what prevents another city like Los Angeles from happening everywhere. My city is now letting builders take over a huge chunk of land between my home and the mountains.

You whine about it being some weird plan when it actually is about preserving open spaces and the quality of lives. There will be nearly 5,000 new homes. Where will their kids go to school? The parks here will be overwhelmed. They are already too crowded on weekends and we go further and further out to find an uncrowded park to walk the dogs.

Only an idiot would want to have all the small towns surrounding Denver to grow all the way to Ft Collins and Colorado Springs....but in the absence of any kind of Urban planning, that is exactly what would happen...

And the highway has been widened both north and south (25) and 70 (east and west)...

You need to do some reading. The commitment to high-density housing leads the state and municipal authorities to decline residential development. This is why so many builders have bailed on Oregon, Washington, and California, flocking to Idaho.
Look, I understand that you are compelled to “Psaki” all things Democrat and Democratic Party. Dems are what they are - and their apologist stooges are who they are.

Heh. Not even in the same neighborhood…but nice try.

Regardless, Dems do indeed intentionally refuse many infrastructure improvement projects to incentivize collectivization - in both transportation and housing. Why they tend toward the bizarre tranny with DNC tats thing…well, that one escapes me.

You are simply awash in your conspiracy bullshit....

There is little open space in Denver. Now the city is trying to allow development of an old golf course, while the people living there want it left undeveloped. You think it is the democratic mayor and city government...it isn't. It is activists who live there.

It would seem you don't think they should have a voice.

The 5,000 homes that may be permitted near me will have a dramatic impact on my quality of life. I will be attending a city council meeting tomorrow to learn more...but it is perfectly idiotic to think growth should be completely uncontrolled.

Why you bend to the conspiracies advanced by Q and the idiot in horns and tats...is beyond me.

Any time the old, fat, lazy leftist is confronted with facts he cannot justify…he shifts his pocked up backside, tucks the many folds of his paunch into his elasto-stretch mom jeans, and slouches to “conthpirathy theory!!!”
Oh…and the alsoran lefty also must invoke “Q” or “Qanon” (whatever the frig that is) and does his swishy best to fend off the vapors.

I came here in 1987. There was not a massive influx of people then. The area was in a bit of a recession...house prices had bottomed out.

The issue with the golf course is that in the city of Denver there is little open space left. I don't actually live in the city...we are out closer to the mountains and the open space here is being developed pretty rapidly.

Schools are full...who is building new schools? Parks are crowded and frequently closed to anyone entering due to "at capacity". Roads are far more prone to rush hour jams than they were 20 years ago.

I don't recall any complaints about people moving to Colorado 30 years ago.

The TOP YALE DOCTOR is an ONCOLOGIST....that does not give him much credibility in the treatment of Covid.
He has more credibility than any PJ leftist. But I agree that you shouldn't take everything ANY doctor says as undeniable truth. Doctors are human and they make mistakes, and they don't know everything. Some doctors will push anything if they're getting paid. How many lawyers would be out of a job if doctors hadn't prescribed medicines that were later found to be harmful or even deadly? I'd err on the side of medicines that had a long track record, rather than something experimental, that doesn't stop infection or transmission.

Ivermeticin and hydrochloroquine have a long track record of doing nothing for covid.
