Ohio, growing older, whiter and less educated, never required a state-issued photo ID to vote. If one doesn't have that, the voter can submit 2 other forms of residency confirmation/ID.And of course the deliberate hurdles to obtaining such ID if you don’t fit the conservative Republican profile.
Why didn't Ohio Republicans go along with other red states like Indiana mandating state-issued photo ID? Because their voters are older and we know how many elderly women never even had a driver's license to begin with. Then we have old coots being unable to renew their driver's license due to vision problems, etc. So OH Republicans knew their voters laid out in nursing homes wouldn't be able to get up and get a state-issued ID. That's also why OH has no restrictions on absentee ballots. Want one? Here you go. Trump won OH by 8 points and there was not one complaint by a repub of massive voter fraud. LOL
