Lindell's lawyers refuse to show up, refuse to turnover documents

Anybody seeing a common theme here? Trump tells federal employees and his inner circle (jerk) to refuse to testify.
He files one claim after another attempting to get investigations halted. He refused to supply DNA in a rape related lawsuit.
His supporters refuse to testify...

Seems to be their goal is to demolish our legal system.

He isn't a focus of a lawsuit for selling pillows. He spread rumors about a company, damaging their business. They are entitled to their day in court to show he did it maliciously and knowing his statements were false.

It would have fun to watch lefty buy his pillows with no patented formula which helps neck pain (Haven't had neck pain since I got one almost three years ago.) Can you image the landfill loaded with Hogg Pillows? Cuz lefty bought that crap?

BTW why don't you post a website that shows the top-rated pillows with a price next to them because it's not really rated, it's just a sales site, to prove yer point.

I heard Lindell's "evidence" and know it is a lie.

1. He claimed to have logs of data that was captured between Chinese IP addresses and election systems. That is a lie. The only way to capture that data would be to either have a trace capture on the Chinese systems or on the election systems...he had neither. He has refused to name the "experts" who gave him that info.

2. He has nothing credible to suggest fraud. The head of Cyber Security already told us there was no hack performed on Dominion systems. Lindell says there was. Who would you believe...the pillow guy or the head of cyber security? Lindell says the Dominion systems have wireless modems. Election officials and Dominion say they don't. Lindell linked Dominion and Chavez and says those systems are designed to flip votes. Hand recounts show he lied. How would hand recounts match machine counts?

Now Lindell is doing his best to hide the evidence...why is that?

That is the purpose of the trial...which Lindell is hindering by hiding the documents he based his accusations on.

Lindell linked Dominion and Venezuela. That was a lie. He claimed he had a trace of transactions between chinese systems and dominion tabulators. That was a lie.

I saw his bullshit "conference" when experts laughed him off the stage.

Evidence in a civil lawsuit is gathered by depositions champ. When Clinton was POTUS he was compelled to testify at a deposition. That’s how it works. Can you cite some special exception for pillow salesmen that exempts them from testifying? If so, link please.
