I hope the Dems continue to do the smart thing when they subpoena their fellow legislators, and don't subpoena "them".

Instead, subpoena continue to subpoena the people around them, their staff, aids, drivers, and even the interns. Force them to testify to what they know about their bosses activities before on and after Jan 6th.

They will be in fear at the magnitude of their own problem and will be much more likely to cooperate. Because they know they as small folk WILL go to jail should they do anything other than cooperate with the committee.

Use the little people who can't defend themselves against the power of the govt to get at those who will misuse the power of the govt to defy the law.

Because crushing the small folk under heel in court is the American way.

Just ask Trump the Teabagger Messiah and the thousands of his victims where he used the advantage money gives one in the courts to crush the little people he ripped off.

And who might those victims be, pray tell?

I think the J6 committee has thousands of hours of testimony from staffers.

Have you maybe considered reading the links you post?

This one doesn't have any lawsuits against "Small folk". Most of the suits are people screwing him over.

C'mon !

I even gave you one with cartoons.

See ?

Only a single old lady held out and refused to be crushed by him.
She got revenge for the others.

Here are others from the link you claim does not show it.

During the Atlantic City casino boom in the 1980s, Philadelphia cabinet-builder Edward Friel Jr. landed a $400,000 contract to build the bases for slot machines, registration desks, bars and other cabinets at Harrah's at Trump Plaza.

The family cabinetry business, founded in the 1940s by Edward’s father, finished its work in 1984 and submitted its final bill to the general contractor for the Trump Organization, the resort’s builder.

Edward’s son, Paul, who was the firm’s accountant, still remembers the amount of that bill more than 30 years later: $83,600. The reason: the money never came. “That began the demise of the Edward J. Friel Company… which has been around since my grandfather,” he said.

Donald Trump often portrays himself as a savior of the working class who will "protect your job." But a USA TODAY NETWORK analysis found he has been involved in more than 3,500 lawsuits over the past three decades — and a large number of those involve ordinary Americans, like the Friels, who say Trump or his companies have refused to pay them.

Because people who sue the wealthy, while they have little themselves, usually win in court ?

What planet are you living on ?
That was their decision, not Trumps.

You keep saying Trump is the one going around crushing people. He's not. and nothing you have shown says otherwise.

If a poster starts a thread.
You enter it and destroy their argument.
Did you crush them in that thread even though they started the debate ?

Yes or No ?

Ah, is that the criteria?

No wonder you're such an ass. I always start with attempting healthy debate.

See, there you go, back with the angry name-calling instead of trying to prove your point.

Yes, crushing someone is crushing someone.

Trump uses his money and influence to crush the little people in court.

Just like you, on a good day, might crush someone using logic and reason.

Same thing, just different arenas and stakes.

I have yet to see you crush anyone. LOL

Again, you contribute nothing and yet think you're the hottest schitt in the room.

And calling you an "ass" is being nice. You lie constantly and treat anyone you disagree with like schitt.

This thread isn't about me.
Stop trying to lash out just because you find yourself cornered.
That's what animals do, not humans.
Be human.
