Even if that’s true and Durham can prove intent, (which I seriously doubt) the most Sussman will get is 6 months probation and a couple hundred buck fine. Durham has been pissing up a rope for years and wasting tens of millions in taxpayer funds. Mueller racked up tens of millions in forfeitures and fines and got decades in prison time for Trump’s crooked cronies in less time before Barr quashed the investigation. Durham has been a total bust and my prediction is that his latest chickenshit charge will vanish like a fart in the wind too. This is a dead story...you guys better pivot back to Hunters lap top. You should know better than to take the NYPost literally. No evidence of a lie as yet.
Durham hasn't shown any proof that Sussmann was instructed to talk to the FBI or that he was paid for his time with Baker.
Or their hands were not in the cookie jar...So far no evidence that Sussmann had any instructions from the campaign to talk to Baker.
You guys continue to destroy your own credibility...Claims that the Clintons murdered over 100 people, or that Obama was not a US citizen have rendered your accusations meaningless to most of us....Yawn, yeah, sure thing...the Clinton's had control of Trump's DOJ and fired up the Mueller investigation.
