That’s a mechanism by which (based on the way our society is set up e.g. capital inheritance, the family, and the credit system, and of course the background of slavery, peonage, and Jim Crow that led to the lateness in the first place) generational racial inequality of opportunity is perpetuated, yes. Conservatives in America are not anti-immigration. Trump conservatives if anything want more legal immigrants to be let into this country.
Conservatives in America oppose illegal immigrants, people coming here with no skills, no jobs, no money, no ability to speak our language, with nothing but hands out for Democratic welfare checks.

Most of America wants those people gone.

The replacement theory is simple. Under Republican policies, minorities like blacks and latinos are doing much better financially, and are registering Republican. The Democrats need a new victim class, someone really dumb who will take a welfare check and vote for a Democrat they probably never even heard of and couldn't even pronounce his/her name.

Legal immigrants are especially opposed to these people jumping the line, the very line the legals worked so hard to attain.
