Illegally stacked SCOTUS attacks church/state separation and public schools

Bugsy McGurk

President
The illegally stacked SCOTUS continues to take a wrecking ball to the Constitution, this time striking down a law because it does not allow for governmental funding of religious schools. At the same time, the right wing’s attack against public education continues…

The right wing’s destruction of the America formed by the Constitution continues.

How would you know...You can't even define what a woman is, thus the idea that you can define what the Supreme Court is doing is highly doubtful.

Can you define what woman is?

As you can see this case is about equal treatment under the law. Can you define your position?

Basically, Those that can't define what a woman is think that you having a choice of where to send your children to go to schools is a bad idea...Youur children might get too educated.

If your Children do not go to school where we say...No food for your children.

This is the basic point. If you are point and want the Government to help...You have to do what lefty says. If the Supreme Court rules in favor Carson, they are making the right call.

This one can’t focus on the topic even after being told that his fried mind is off topic. The hallmark of a mind completely destroyed by right wing brainwashing.

I am wondering...Did you just wake up wanting to attack the first amendment or was about hating religion cuz God has not given you what you want?

Rinse, lather, repeat ...You said that in the first response.

My mind is destroyed cuz I want children to be fed even if they are not at your indoctrination centers.

How many dead children will be on your hands, including the one's already?

Struggling to comment on the topic, this one claims that urging protection of the 1st Amendment’s church/state separation is “attacking” the 1st Amendment. Ridiculous, of course, but at least it’s close to the topic. Progress. Baby steps.

This case asks the Supreme Court to balance state public school funding schemes and First Amendment religious freedoms. Maine enacted a law for School Administrative Units without public secondary schools that allows them to provide tuition assistance for students to attend approved, nonsectarian private schools. Carson, Gillis, and Nelson (collectively “Carson”) contend that the nonsectarian requirement constitutes religious discrimination in violation of the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment. Makin, in her official capacity as the Commissioner of the Maine Department of Education, counters that Maine’s public school funding scheme is permissible because its purpose of funding secular public education implicates only religious “use” and not religious “status.” The outcome of this case has heavy implications for religious freedom, state school funding schemes, and accessibility to schooling.

Should all children be fed or only at lefty indoctrination centers?

You missed it the first thousand times this was explained to you?

;-)
Might as well used your native Russian to explain.

Here, let me translate:

Government money is for turning your children into lefty...If they are not going to be lefty, they can die.

Cockeyed lefty culture has kids literally slaughtering one another in schools…lefty continues war on faith and views general moral component as anathema.

The selfsame nutcases who demand drag queens deliver story time and who insist 4-12 year olds be subjected to trans and gay education hike skirts at any thought of non-deviant exposure.
