Putin doesn't mean anything to us. We have 200 to 800 billions barrels of oil recoverable under our own feet (never mind the natural gas). This particular inflation is 80% about fuel cost and the balance is about out of control federal spending (i.e. money printing).

Brandon is lying. We can put sanctions on Russia and it means nothing to us but for Brandon's policies. Europe has no choices and so they have to suffer the sanctions. To bad fo them in their energy choices (nuclear), dependence on Russia, and their decades of NATO obligation neglect.

Pretty soon Europe will abandon the sanctions because they'll have to because Brandon didn't do the right thing in regards to fuel production. Brandon is a loser.
If oil is not available from Russia then EU nations will buy oil on the open market...and that would include US suppliers as well as OPEC.

And it was Brandon who caused it all. He allowed the pipeline so that Russia could bring in nearly a billion a day selling oil, then he hamstrung our ability to produce our own so that the world was literally dependent on Russia for their energy. This gave Putin the funds to invade Ukraine and commit to a sustained conflict.

Brandon is literally causing the world to burn, and still 36% of Americans are okay with it.

1. The pipeline being built by a German company was halted due to sanctions. Biden removed those sanctions, but the pipeline never went into operation.
2. The Keystone pipeline was never finished. It was held up at the time by 89 lawsuits by people who owned land the Canadian company was trying to condemn using eminent domain.

Our country has lot of globalist-communists running around. Not 36% but in the mid to high 20's. They are a big problem indeed.

Brandon is to blame. His policies and campaign promises are all about killing what you call fossil fuel.
I've said many times that the Democratic party and Biden are weak. He wants to hold onto some kind of bipartisanship that, with today's political climate, will not happen- much to our demise.

As far as carbon emissions go, I sadly have the ongoing thought of "ignorant is as ignorant does".

Right wingers are smiling while energy companies slowly choke them to death while promoting the virtues of capitalism.

Joe Biden has a new scapegoat: your local gas station (msn.com)

Catch up boy, Brain Drain Biden has dropped blaming energy companies and now blaming prices on gas stations and remember Joe promised No More Drilling

Environmentalists condemn Biden administration’s offshore drilling plan (msn.com)

1. Oil production dropped by about 4 million barrels a day in 2020. The oil companies have chosen not to resume production at the previous level because they make more money by creating a shortage.
2. Opec also dropped production in 2020. They haven't resumed 2019 production levels either.

What does that have to do with Biden's policies? Clearly oil companies are manipulating the market.

1) No, they aren't willing to risk capitol given Brandon's stated intentions and his executed policies to date.

2) Saudi Arabia has its interests. Look it up.

Biden complained about the time lag between when the price of oil changes and the change being reflected at the pump. Gas currently costs $2.50 unrefined...the refinery adds about $1 and retail (the gas station) adds another $1.50.

They are experiencing profits going through the roof. They have cut back on production by turning off pumps. The CEO of Occidental admitted that she'd be impacting profits if they ramped up production.
