No one is "taking that choice away from them." There will always be states with fairly lax abortion laws where women who can't figure out a) how to keep from getting pregnant and/or b) can't tell that they are will be able to get a late(r) term abortion. Just as the Constitution allows. The fact of the matter is that 1) US laws are way more lax than those in even the socialist republics of the EU and 2) the majority of Americans want reasonable limitations placed on abortion. You simply do not have the moral authority on this issue, so get over it.

Many states are taking that choice away from those without the tremendous resources it might require to travel to another state for an abortion, plus pay for one, all in the time limit allowed by a clinic in that other state.
