The Ukraine Hoax — Michael Caputo cracks the case…

Haven't finished watching it but does have good production value.

If you ignore the US invasion of Siberia in 1918 during the Russian Civil War, 1949 marks a good starting point for US meddling in Ukraine in order to facilitate regime change in Moscow. Operation Red Sox was a failure, but fifty years later the USSR collapsed and western investors saw a huge payday in the former Soviet Union; they are still looking for their next big score in that part of the world:

"In late 1949, a series of unmarked flights began launching from central Europe. Gargantuan C-47s, flown by Hungarian or Czech pilots, barreled toward Turkey, and then turned north over the Black Sea, evading radar by flying barely above the ground.

"As the planes flew over Lviv a string of parachutes opened, a handful of commandos tumbling into the sky over Soviet Ukraine.

"On the ground, they linked up with Ukrainian resistance fighters trying to beat back Soviet expansionism.

"Operation Red Sox, as it was known, was one of the first covert missions of the still new Cold War."

Hilarious....Gargantuan C-47s? Have you ever flown in a DC-3? Same plane. It could carry 28 people. As the article said...a handful of parachutists....

Meanwhile there were numerous attempts by Russia to change governments in Germany, Greece, Italy... There was the Berlin Blockade and an attempt to starve the allies out of first West Berlin and then West Germany.

There was the soviet occupation of Poland, part of Finland, Ukraine, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, East Germany....

Would you have giggled more or less if Russia had been dropping an equal number of terrorists in Canada or Mexico with the intent of sowing regime change in DC?

In response to US efforts to block free elections in Korea and Greece which the communists would likel have won. Considering the loss Russia took in WWII, Berlin should never have been divided in the first place.

Those poor Ruskies...providing weapons to the North Koreans and allowing an invasion of the South...Blockade of Berlin...civil war in Greece....communist insurrections around the world...

Yes, Soviet paratroopers in Canada would have been hilarious....

The Russians slaughtered Polish army officers in the Katyn forest. They stood by while the Nazis massacred the people who were in the Warsaw ghetto...they watched from across the river. They needed to build a wall to keep people in...and killed them if they tried to escape.

There was an election in South Korea and it was supervised by international observers. There was also an election in North Korea...it was "supervised" by the Russians. The winner was an officer in the Russian army....

It wasn't the Soviets who prevented free elections in Korea in 1945:

DECEMBER 31, 2002A Pop Quiz on Korea

"In August 1945 defeated Japanese forces formally turned over authority in Korea to the broad-based Committee for the Preparation of Korean Independence, led by Lyuh Woon-hyung, which in September proclaimed the Korean People’s Republic (KPR).

"When U.S. forces under Gen. Reed Hodge arrived in Inchon to accept the Japanese surrender, they

"a. ordered all Japanese officials to remain in their posts, refused to recognize Lyuh as national leader, and soon banned all public reference to the KPR"
That "civil war" in Greece was another example of how the winning capitalists preferred Nazi collaborators to rule instead of those who fought against the Fascists.

Which election in South Korea are you referring to?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1946_South_Korean_legislative_election#Background

"The establishment of the South Korean Interim Legislative Assembly was announced by Archer L. Lerch of the United States Army Military Government on 1 July 1946.[1]

"The Assembly was to replace the Democratic Council set up in February,[2] and its purpose was to write draft laws,[3] It would have 90 members; 45 elected and 45 appointed by Military Governor John R. Hodge.[1]

"Campaign

"The Interim Legislative Assembly was unpopular with a majority of Koreans who opposed the planned four-power trusteeship to run the country for five years.[4] The conservative Korea Democratic Party (KDP) opposed its existence due to many of its leaders being excluded.[3]

"However, the party did participate in the elections, unlike the left-wing parties, which simply ignored it;[3] the Communists, Syngman Rhee and Kim Koo all boycotted the elections.["

It wasn't the US that engineered the election of an officer in the US army to be president in 1948....the Russians did manage to get a officer in the Soviet army "elected".
Why did they refuse to take part in a national election?

Caputo is a credible source? No kiddin. He worked for Putin at one time and then for Trump. He was accused of modifying Covid data to avoid anything that made Trump look bad...as if that was the most important thing....

He has less than zero credibility.

"Syngman Rhee was elected with 180 votes, and took over the government to oversee the transfer of power from the United States Army Military Government in Korea.[1]

"An important role was played in the run-up to the election by the dispute between Rhee and Kim Koo over the issue of establishing a separate government in the southern part of Korea, instead of including the communist-controlled north.

"Kim rejected the idea of separate elections, and had boycotted the Constitutional Assembly elections in May, instead campaigning for a united Korea.

"He also split from the National Alliance for the Rapid Realization of Korean Independence to form the Korea Independence Party.[2]

"Despite Kim's refusal to take any part in a South-only government and therefore in this election, 13 members cast their votes for Kim."

Rhee was another in a long line of corrupt US puppets who defied the will of a majority of Koreans seeking a unified. independent peninsula.

DECEMBER 31, 2002A Pop Quiz on Korea

"4. At the Yalta Conference in February 1945, U.S. President Roosevelt and Soviet leader Joseph Stalin discussed the postwar future of Korea. Stalin advocated independence as soon as possible. Roosevelt

a. agreed to immediate independence
b. advocated a trusteeship of 20-30 years, citing the positive example of U.S. rule in the Philippines
c. suggested Korea remain a part of the Japanese Empire, to be occupied by Allied force.

Funny to find that two of Trump's campaign staff were either an advisor to the Kremlin or worked directly for Putin...and Manafort was neck deep in Ukrainian corruption.

So Roosevelt died before any decisions were made...meanwhile, Stalin armed North Korea to the teeth. He engineered an election that put a Russian army officer in power for life. The communists refused to take part in the national election of 1948 and held their own in the North.

Kim invaded the South with Stalin's approval. The South was completely unprepared for a war. No tanks. Hardly any artillery. No air force.

So you have Manafort who worked for a political party that was pro-Kremlin...for 10 years. He worked for Yanukovych until he fled to Russia. You also have Manafort turning over campaign polling info to a Russian agent.

Meanwhile you'd like to make a big deal out of Paul Pelosi having lunch with a bunch of folks...no idea of when or where that was...or even when.

You have a picture that claims Paul was on Ukrainian TV. So what?
