NO, that is NOT evidence they had been stolen. Nor is any statement from other people other than Trump. Nothing in your post proves (or even attempts to show) criminal INTENT (necessary for the establishment of a crime-including theft).

It is entirely possible that when moving from one place to another, things could have gotten swept up in the move, without Trump even realizing they were there. I have moved twice in the past 3 years, due to insane rent increases, Both times, I moved 4 large file drawers full of papers. I couldn't tell you what about 50% of those papers are, and I would need to look in the files to know.

It's impossible to show (let alone prove) that Trump intended to take certain papers from the White House, nor are the FBI really alleging that. the whole thing is political theater, a silly stunt to try to keep Trump from running for president in 2024. Only the lamest of political DUPES could be DUPED by this lamebrain charade.

Federal magistrate is same as federal judge for the purposes of signing off on a simple search warrant. Evidence of three crimes were presented to the magistrate who read the affidavit and signed off on it. Probable cause was the threshold at this stage and evidently it was met. The fact that death threats are now being made to the judge is pretty strong evidence that he took this task very seriously and read the evidence carefully. Knowing how bat shit crazy Trump’s supporters are and still having the courage to do the right thing speaks volumes about this man. Threatening to kill him also speaks volumes about Trump and the type of scum who blindly support him. I can’t wait to see how these animals react when Trump is dragged off the golf course in handcuffs. That should be a real show….lol

But when you look at the details...it gets even more hilarious. First they say that ballots were ran through multiple times. Then they say that the dominion software changed the tallies. If you can change the tallies, why on earth would you run ballots through multiple times?

Proof doesn’t come from anonymous internet posters champ. At this point, what we do know is that proof of probable cause to to suspect that crimes were being committed at Mara Lago was presented to a federal judge in Southern Florida and he signed off on it. The resulting search warrant was served and classified documents were seized at the residence. The next step is for the authorities who are investigating these crimes to examine the seized documents along with other evidence which had previously been discovered and prove that there is prima facie evidence of those alleged crimes at which time an indictment would be handed down. At that point the suspect would be arrested, booked and arraigned on those charges and held for trial. At that trial, in order to gain a conviction, proof beyond a reasonable doubt must be offered by the prosecutors….Thsts how it works.

What we don't know is what prompted the FBI to request the warrant. Maybe we should have a look at the affidavit, right?
