Worst is definitely Andrew Jackson. He should have been impeached for failing to enforce Cherokee vs. Georgia. It set a terrible precedent where the executive branch picks and chooses which laws to enforce.

Bury Marbury

Without shame, reason, or precedent, the judicial branch gave itself that authority. Jackson was one of the few who ever stood up to that usurpation of the people's will, which was totally against coddling murdering savages like the Cherokee.

Well, that's the first ever anti-Marbury v. Madison take.

But it's a scorcher. So kudos.
Nine Clowns With Gavels and Gowns

For starters, I suggest a national referendum on any law or policy that SCROTUS nullifies through its self-appointed privilege of determining unConstitutionality. Judicial Review takes self-determination away from us, the people, and our elected representatives.

It is a poisonous branch grafted on the other two. It does not create a check or balance; it is merely another agency for the Deep State to dictate to the people. Our rights are crucified on a triple cross.

President
FDR gets my pick for worst because he did so many terrible things:

1) allied politically with fascist leaders like Hague and white nationalists like Bilbo.
2) maneuvered the country into WWII
3) locked up dissidents for opposing the war
4) censored the mail
5) issued an executive order for ethnicity-based internment
6) pushed for a no-strike pledge from corrupt labor leaders
7) when forced to concede a right to organize, instituted mandatory cooling off periods and arbitration to give employers more power and carved out exemptions to protect the right-to-work-for-less Solid South
