Trump hack judge grants his request for “special master”

I think it's adorable when you pretend to know what integrity and dignity are. When your astounding lack of both is on display every single day in here.
Your pathetic dodge is noted. As you try to preach on integrity and dignity. You’re just too dishonest to realize how bizarre that is.

More analysis of the hack’s indefensible rulings…

Of course, the ruling is not fair... the read laid it all out perfectly why it isn't.
How long would it take to be appealed?

The DOJ should appeal, at least the part of Cannon’s ruling that prevents it from continuing its criminal investigation, or file a motion for reconsideration.

Trump probably looks forward to an appeal since delay is the goal of his ridiculous lawsuit.

Sadly, the hack judge has created a no-win situation for those who support the rule of law. How could Trump once again get away with violating the law? By filing a ridiculous suit seeking a “special master” and a halt to the DOJ investigation. Then Trump “shopped” for the “right judge” - a Federalist Society hack that he appointed - and that hack gave him the ridiculous relief he wanted.

We are now a banana republic. Trump’s judges will ensure that for decades to come.

no. we know he had something, with top secret markings on them. we dont know their status at the time they were found..nor what is written on them.

we saw photographs of folders with markings on them, we dont know the classification status, nor the content
Yes, we know he had 700 documents marked Top Secret. Did you think they were really not Top Secret? Declassification requires the Top Secret stamp be crossed out and the new classification be stamped on every page. If that were not the process then there is no value at all to the whole classification scheme.

Yet no indictment by Garland after a month

And yet you continue to push the crap about a stolen election, even though all of what you think is evidence has been trashed by the facts.

You are simply stubborn...there is no redeeming quality in that. You turn a blind eye to the facts. Trump had top secret documents..but what is more important to you? Clearly to deflect from the crime. Argue in favor of Trump's delaying tactic. Don't bother actually evaluating the illegality of having those documents outside of the White House...

Your version of dignity is on display as you call people names because they disagree with you...

Really? 700 pages of Top Secret documents is not a national security breach? Not in Trumplandistan.

If as serious as posted after a month why no indictment from Garland?
It's probably more complicated than a lay person like myself can understand.

I am only guessing the reason but probably because Garland has to be assured, he has an airtight case.

from what's posted here it's a lock on conviction
so why no indictment

I can't give you an answer, sorry. What I read and hear about the possibilities of Trump being indicted comes from those with law degrees/professors and former and present politicians weighing in.
My wish would be to have Garland issue a statement.
