As for a 10 year limit on Trump, that's because what somebody might have done 10 or 12 years ago, doesn't mean that is what they would do now.

Now that it is being predicted that a strong (Category 3 ) hurricane is likely to hit central Florida from the Gulf of Mexico, this confirms exactly what I said in th OP. That Puerto Rican potential victims of Hurrican Fiona should not come to Florida to escape Fiona, as they could well be running right straight into another even stronger hurricane a week later.
Precisely what is happening now - here is the track of the storm as of 3 hours ago looks like a direct hit on right where I'm sitting this minute >>

Here on the Gulf side they are warning it may hit the Sarasota area but it is still too early to determine that. Yes you did mention it and it is an important point. We'll get a certain amount of Puerto Rico residents as many have relatives here and they are part of the US so we're all intermingled. They will be okay if they ride it out on the Atlantic side. I think we just have to be ready to help if we can and not just Puerto Rico folks this week but next week as well if it hits us. Stay safe.

Which would be to stay away from Florida right now. ANY part of it - and nobody knows exactly where the hurricane will hit. It could still easily hit all of Florida,
In 2004, Hurricane Charlie was speeding up the peninsula from Fort Myers, and the track showed it heading straight toward Tampa. Thousands of people got in their cars and drove to Orlando, to get out of the hurricane's path.
The hurricane shifted direction and went straight to Orlando, without touching Tampa at all.
