In Pennsylvania, the Department of State has allowed at least 249,000 unverified voters to receive mail-in ballots for the 2022 general election, owing to an odd process for verifying the identity of those requesting mail-in ballots, where people vote first and verify their identification later.

The Department of State also recently changed directives for county election boards, creating procedural confusion and drawing fire from 15 Pennsylvania House members in the form of a letter (pdf) demanding that the department immediately correct its guidance and tell counties they may not count the ballots of unverified voters until proof of ID is received.

And in Arizona, despite a federal judge Friday saying he will not bar 'ballot watchers' from monitoring outdoor ballot boxes in Maricopa County. Saying that activity could violate the monitors' constitutional rights.

However, Merrick Garland's Justice Dept. says ballot drop box monitoring in Ariz. is likely "illegal". The department said such “vigilante ballot security measures,” including filming voters at drop boxes, probably violates the federal Voting Rights Act, in other words Mules welcome..... come one come all

Really, watching someone in a public place is illegal now? The operative word being that is intimidation. I fail to see why a citizen voter dropping his or her single ballot in a box would be intimidating given the vigilante has no idea how they voted.

Lots of preplanning going on to try and make things look legit. They were able to pull that stuff off for the 2020 election so they think it will work again. Of course with M Garland calling too many shots they might be able to get away with it.

I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive.
They must have this all wrong. As @middleview repeatedly demonstrates, there is actually zero chance for any screwups or fraudulent behavior regarding the voting process. 100% pristine 100% of the time. There is exactly zero chance that there's any voting shenanigans...ever!

And making your vote public would be good for democracy? Of course not. Secret ballots are key to allowing people to vote without intimidation.

By the way, I'm still waiting for the evidence that there were tens of thousands of screwups or fraud.

While you search for that proof, tell us how republicans get elected to congress if the votes for Biden were fraudulent.

How did any of those fraudulent ballots for Biden also vote for republicans in senate and house races? Seems kind of a puzzle for you to explain.

Regarding the federal Judge who refused to bar 'ballot watchers' from monitoring outdoor ballot boxes in Maricopa County. Saying that activity could violate the monitors' constitutional rights.

In particular the right to assemble. Simple and solid right?

The article you stole from appeared in the righties favorite KOOK site - theepochtimes.com

Quit trying to hide the source of your nonsense. It's completely unethical..... but then again you are a conservative. Ethics mean nothing to conservatives.

It’s intimidating because of the many who object to any voting by people who aren’t white and will retaliate against such people if their identities are not protected.

So the New Black Panther Party guy, observing people voting, was perfectly ok...even though he had a night stick?

How about Roy Warden?

Buzz off, retaliate not knowing who they voted for? Be sensible for a change.
