It's not that far away. Move over there and keep us updated on how much your quality of life has improved. You've got nothing to lose...right?
ETR will never move to Cuba

It’s mostly Black Americans who move to Cuba … not white Americans who benefit from race privilege here.

Link)))))))

Why hasn't the government came in and built Condo Projects for white folks as you with dirt cheap Rent so you wouldn't have to move so often and have several other friends to live with you to afford the Rent?

Over and Over and Over for decades, I've built them they would be destroyed and we'd build them again nicer than the first time.

Well, I've damn sure been waiting for my privilege benefits for a Long time.........when will they arrive?

So... you're saying you don't want to live in a majority black community? That's kinda racist...
No. I’m saying that many Americans do take the easy way out for them by defecting to Cuba, but for others it is easier to stay hear and fight back as advised by Cuba’s revolutionary leadership.

What percentage of people from the US defect to Cuba versus the percentage of people that defect from Cuba to the US? That should be a telling statistic to which government structure people would rather live under...correct?

I would say the more telling statistic is the 72% of Cubans who have expressed their preference by signing up to defend socialism arms in hand, compared with 5% of Americans who have signed up to defend capitalism. But, anyway, about 11% of Cubans have come to the U.S.—a far wealthier country although the gap has closed over the last 6 decades—vs. 0.0009% of Americans who have gone to Cuba.

If the Cuban people don't express that preference, they go to prison for 30 years. That's a pretty good motivator to lie...no?

How many Americans are floating to Cuba verses Cubans floating to America_______________on anything that will float?

Give us the numbers of drownings for both also_______

If people go to Cuba without authorization from the U.S. government and not claiming political asylum, they are immediately returned to the custody of U.S. authorities. If they commit any act of violence or theft to get there, they are immediately returned to the custody of U.S. authorities even if they fear persecution. Meanwhile, the U.S. makes it very difficult for Americans to go to Cuba (not wanting us to see what it is like for ourselves), while also making it very hard for Cubans to come here legally (since if they float across the ocean it looks better). As far as I know, there have been no people floating in either direction for about 5 years.

You mean, if they express the opposite opinion by knifing random people on the assumption they are of the majority opinion …
No, I mean for what the article says...

"Last July, hundreds of Cubans across the country defied the government and took to the streets against chronic shortages and lack of basic freedoms."

Yeah...sounds like a lot of fun.

Yes. It took 60 years and a deadly pandemic to put Cuba in the same position the U.S. has been for decades.
