Bugsy McGurk
President
What an ingrate. Runs as a Dem, with Dem support, and now she says she wants to register as an “Independent.” She better not screw up the Dems’ 51-49 position in the Senate…
A couple more defections and you could have the GOP running the Senate. As you root for “the left.”Now if we could just get some independents on the left.
1. Depends how the defectors caucus.A couple more defections and you could have the GOP running the Senate. As you root for “the left.”
Bugsy. This what happens when you're too lazy to read beyond a headline. Schumer is letting sinema keep her committee asignments, and she continues to caucus with the democrats. A s a green party member, shes moving left, not towards the center. What an ingrate. Radical right wing agenda?1. Depends how the defectors caucus.
2. Democrats should have thought about that before ramming their radical right-wing agenda down a weary public's throats.
Those issues remain to be conclusively resolved. The news is her defection, which you ignore. As wingers tend to do.Bugsy. This what happens when you're too lazy to read beyond a headline. My second thought about her move is what her plans were if Warnock had lost.Schumer is letting sinema keep her committee asignments, and she continues to caucus with the democrats.
Radical centrist agenda ... decidedly to the right of what a big majority of the working class wants ... in a country with a political center far to the right of what is typical internationally or within the bounds of common decency. I didn't mean to suggest the mainstream Democrats had a radical-right agenda comparable to the one presented by DeSantis, Cruz, and increasingly Trump.Radical right wing agenda?
Crikey.
Dems elected her 6 years ago and after the carnage wrought by the Biden Administration since, I suspect she felt it time to take a political shower. What an ingrate. 2. Dems are far from any right-wing agendas1. Depends how the defectors caucus.

Score one for Sanity and Integrity... something that is lacking all together in Washington (and especially your party). What an ingrate. Runs as a Dem, with Dem support, and now she says she wants to register as an “Independent.” She better not screw up the Dems’ 51-49 position in the Senate…
Depends on what part of the country you’re talking about. Truly liberal Dems wouldn’t stand a chance running in certain parts of the country. The “working class” agenda is a non-starter.Radical centrist agenda ... decidedly to the right of what a big majority of the working class wants ... in a country with a political center far to the right of what is typical internationally or within the bounds of common decency. Not bloody likely to ever happenSounds like one of those Sidewalk PreachersBugsy. This what happens when you're too lazy to read beyond a headline. Imagine that. She would have had the power to completely flip Senate control to the R’s, a “democratic” body where the reps of 30% of the nation’s people can assume majority control. My second thought about her move is what her plans were if Warnock had lost.
The “carnage”? Wherever did you get that word usage in this context?Dems elected her 6 years ago and after the carnage wrought by the Biden Administration since, I suspect she felt it time to take a political shower.
Where you this upset when Sen. Priola CO switched from R to Dem?The “carnage”? Wherever did you get that word usage in this context?
