The law says if the documents were intentionally removed and kept...if it was an accident it is not a breach. Trump had them in his desk and told his lawyer to lie about having returned all of them.

I don't know where you get your information from, but Trump's popularity with Republicans couldn't be better. His approval with Republicans just WENT UP from 51% to 54% a few days ago.
As of Friday, Trump was leading DeSantis 51% to 29%.
By Saturday, the day of Trump’s initial postings about the indictment, Trump expanded his lead to 52% to 28% and then 54% to 26% on Sunday.
And that is with the second most popular candidate. All others are less than DeSAntis.

In the 2 quarters before he left, GDP rose very well, including an HUMONGEOUS jump of 66% in the 3rd quarter of 2020. Oil productoin was rising, only to have a plummet of oil production in Biden's first month, which was one of the major factors of the Biden inflation, worst in 40 years.
Trump did not incite any riot, and on Jan 6, he exhorted his supporters to protest PEACEFULLY & PATRIOTICALLY" and make their "VOICES heard"
