Did a Jury find him guility? Here I was thinking he plead guilty after his lawyer sold him down the river (if he sues anyone he should start with him by the way).
Escorted in or out? Really? All that footage, do you think the cops got lost that is why they went with him from room to room? Such a violation of the law that those cops busted him that day...... oh wait......... that's not correct either is it?
He got 4 years in jail for....Tresspassing... who you and your betters made the poster boy for all of this, did nothing wrong but tresspass.........
You are ridiculous but no worries, your boy Liz appreciates your useful idiocy and utter blind support.
You are correct. He pled guilty in a plea bargain.
After being photographed taking part in the January 6 storming of the Capitol, Chansley was arrested on January 9 on
federal charges of "knowingly entering or remaining in any restricted building or grounds without lawful authority, and with violent entry and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds". He pleaded guilty to a single charge in September, and was sentenced to 41 months (3.4 yr) in prison in November 2021
Video shows he was one of a bunch of people who stood and watched rioters break windows, climbed in and opened the door...he entered as part of that violent entry.
His screaming from the senate gallery and from the floor was disorderly conduct.
The capitol building was not open to the public, due to the process under way. He participated in disrupting that process.
