10th amendment says congress cannot legalize abortion

What's that got to do with anything? Women can't murder children whether their own or not. ABORTION IS MURDER. NO MORE MURDER. STOP THE KILLING ALREADY.

A woman is in charge of her reproductive life. In case of rape or incest name the perpetrator and take a tissue sample of the fetus murdered and charge the father with the assault and the manslaughter of the unborn child. Watch men start to tell women they aren't as sexy as they think. ha ha

The value of fetal life ETR in the Bible is clear. I've shown you before on your assertion that the Bible has no comment. Here's another I know I haven't shared with you

Exodus21:22-25

22 “If people are fighting and hit a pregnant woman and she gives birth prematurely[e] but there is no serious injury, the offender must be fined whatever the woman’s husband demands and the court allows. 23 But if there is serious injury, you are to take life for life, 24 eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, 25 burn for burn, wound for wound, bruise for bruise.
Stop pretending you consider abortion murder. We all know it’s a lie. Do you also call it murder to refuse to donate one of your kidneys even though you can survive with one and your donation would prevent a death that would otherwise occur? Have you in fact donated a kidney, or are you demanding from women with unwanted pregnancies more solicitude for life than you yourself are willing to evince?

So at one time with you if I have a say in murdering an unborn child I have to pay for the child. Now, only people who give up a kidney can have a say in the murder of an unborn child.

Nice gig defending child murder with a bunch of hand waving responsibility deflecting nonsense.

I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive.
What part of the Constitution are you talking about? If it’s the part about “all persons born … in the United States” and guaranteed equal protection, it’s because those beating hearts (or more often proto-hearts since in most cases they aren’t actually developed organs) are 1) not persons and 2) not born in the United States.
If a preemie is removed from the womb at 20 weeks, has it been "born?" For that matter, is a baby delivered by Cesarian "born?" How does ripping a baby out of the womb with tools differ from those two procedures?

How is your “having a say in the murder of the unborn child” by demanding the government make a woman give up her body to incubate and birth that child different from someone else “having a say in the murder of the person with kidney failure” by demanding the government make you give up your kidney to save their life?

Aborted fetuses are by definition not viable on their own.

I didn't lay back and open my legs.

No, they said that if the “unborn child” is lost, the assailant pays a fine. But if a life is taken (referring to the pregnant woman), a life is taken per lex talionis.

Actually, Congress can pass any damned bill it wants. And a president can sign it. Maybe the Supreme Court will overturn it if it is unconstitutional. (Now that we have a Constitutional Supreme Court)
Thing the pro baby killers are having problems with is the democratic process.
Congress has NOT had the votes to pass a baby killing bill. At least 38 states have trigger abortion laws that outlaw it after 5 weeks.
If liberals want to sell us on the idea that most of America approves of abortion on demand, perhaps they could 'splain why it there isn't any legislation from Congress. They can 'splain why so many states have passed laws against it.

It's like Limbaugh said. The courts exist because liberals are unable to get their idiotic ideas passed in the democratic process.
Limbaugh was a college drop out with no education regarding constitutional law. Again, Ditto Head mind set is revealed.

Your link is ridiculous. They claim that since a fine was the penalty for killing a slave, that proves that the fetus’s life was valued just as highly. But killing a slave wasn’t treated as murder, it was treated as a property crime against the slaveowner. Just as causing a woman to miscarry was treated as a crime against the woman’s husband. Hence the fine.

Having said all that, there is strong evidence that the miscarriage interpretation is not the correct one. The word Moses uses in verse 22 for “children come out” is the same word he used in Genesis 25:26 to describe a normal, live birth. Elsewhere in the Pentateuch, Moses does use the normal Hebrew word for miscarriage, as he does two chapters later in Exodus 23:26. Furthermore, the word Moses uses for “harm” does not indicate the child or the mother. It is left indefinite. If it was meant to apply exclusively to the mother, a feminine pronoun would have accompanied it. Moses uses the normal Hebrew word for “children” and the normal Hebrew word for “birth.” There is no reason to think this refers to a miscarriage. And to borrow Pastor Hughes’ conclusion: "The fact that this is the only place in all of the Bible where the death penalty is required for accidental death is significant. It shows us the value God places on both mothers and their unborn children. The death of either the mother or her child by accident would bring with it the death penalty!"3

The term is routinely used to refer to stillbirth in the Bible, which also contains instructions for inducing a miscarriage under the supervision of a priest.
