In the worst case scenario the American Navy will blockade China from far beyond their unproven "ship killer" missiles. Heck India will likely do the job because in that scenario India is the most vested interest.
Without America the rules based world order will collapse - from chaos order. The only new spending we need is in anti-ballistic missile and anti-hypersonic missile defense systems. Now if only we could get most of the Democrats boosted.
