H.R. 7806 is a bill in the United States Congress.
A bill must be passed by both the House and Senate in identical form and then be signed by the President to become law.
Bills numbers restart every two years. That means there are other bills with the number H.R. 7806. This is the one from the 117th Congress.
H.R. 7806 was first introduced by then-Representative Ron Paul in 1997. The bill was then numbered H.R. 1146. Ron Paul’s original bill has been reintroduced in every Congress after 1997 under different titles. Tragically, it never gets out of committee regardless of which party is in charge.
When I was posting on this board in 2014 I had hopes that withdrawing from the U.N. was in sight as more and more Americans began to see that the United Nations is this country’s enemy.
In light of the Democrat Party’s success in implementing the U.N.’s governing philosophy —— EQUAL DISTRIBUTION OF THE WEALTH —— I am more skeptical than ever.
Parenthetically, Equal Distribution of the Wealth is unworkable; so American Communists replaced it with Circulation of the Wealth.
There is one inherent flaw in utopian economics. As tax dollars circulate time after time the Parasite Class consumes more and more of the nation’s wealth. At least working Americans before 1913 had the choice of working for themselves in the private sector during boom and bust cycles; whereas, Circulation of the Wealth forces every private sector American to work for strangers rather than work for themselves and their loved ones.
Before the U.S. Senate became a full-blown nest of traitors Senator Tom Connally (D-Texas) insisted on putting these six words in the U.N. Charter:
U.S. sovereignty would be long gone were it not for the Connally Reservation. The battle over erasing those six words from the U.N. Charter has been ongoing since 1946 —— most of it below the public’s radar screen.
Connally’s Amendment protected Americans from more than an average person like me could ever cover. Should Americans research it I think they will be disappointed in many of the people who support repealing the Connally Reservation.
NOTE: Should you read the U.N. Charter you will see that every word is written to abolish the U.S. Constitution and enrich the International Parasite Class.
A few words about one soldier that was dishonorably discharged in order to appease the United Nations:
"No man can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other."
So what master do U.S. servicemen serve: the U.S. Constitution or the United Nations Charter? The U.S. Army is trying to repeal the Biblical truism and tell our soldiers: Wear the red-white-and-blue U.S. Flag on the subordinate left arm, the blue UN insignia on the senior right arm, and cap it off with the UN blue helmet or the UN blue beret.

Note that Bill Clinton would not fight for this country:
Michael G. New was an American soldier who objected to wearing United Nations insignia as part of his military uniform during a deployment in 1995 to the Republic of Macedonia as part of the United Nations Preventive Deployment Force. Michael New objected to changing his allegiance from the United States to the United Nations ("U.N."). When Michael New enlisted in the U.S. Army in February 1993, he took an oath to defend the U.S. Constitution and no recruiter or officer mentioned serving under U.N. command.
But on May 3, 1994, President Bill Clinton signed Presidential Decision Directive 25 (PDD-25). This ordered submission of American troops to multilateral peace operations. In July, Michael New was assigned to Germany, 3rd Infantry Division, and his company was told it would be sent to Macedonia as part of a "peacekeeping" mission. In August 1995 Michael New was informed that his unit must wear part of the U.N. uniform.
This new uniform included a blue U.N. cap and a U.N. armband or patch sewn on one shoulder and a blue U.N. beret, in addition to an ordinary United States army outfit. New reported for his formation without these U.N. uniform features, and he was removed by his superiors and eventually court-martialed for disobedience under 10 U.S.C. § 892(2) (any person who, "having knowledge of any ... lawful order issued by a member of the armed forces, which it is his duty to obey, fails to obey the order ... shall be punished as a court-martial may direct"). New argued in his defense that the order was unlawful and unconstitutional. Specifically, U.S. Constitution Article I, Section 9 prohibits any person's acceptance of any emolument from a foreign state without congressional consent. New also argued that the entire deployment as part of a United Nations force was unlawful.
The military judge and American courts all rejected New's arguments and held that the legality of the deployment was a nonjusticiable political question. New received a bad-conduct discharge. New has continued to challenge this in the court system.
I have a suggestion that I posted from time to time:
Change the Universal Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) so that no American can be ordered to serve the U.N.
It is my understanding that the commander in chief can make that change without consulting Congress. Do not hold your breath until the change is made.
In the unlikely event a president loyal to this country ever does make the change it should be so ironclad that military personnel so inclined will have every Right to refuse to serve the United Nations without fear of being punished.
Michael New was court-martialed for refusing to serve the U.N. He was punished by Bill Clinton. Neither Bush the Younger, nor the Chicago sewer rat, nor President Trump, nor the thief considered giving New a pardon.
Finally, here is the text of the American Sovereignty Restoration Act for anybody that wants to get the U.S. out of the United Nations. It is an easy read.

"AS DETERMINED BY THE UNITED STATES."
Those six words are known as the "Connally Reservation" and are the only words that prevent the U.N.’s World Court from interfering in America’s internal affairs on the pretext that tariffs, immigration laws, school curriculums, etc., affect U.S. relations with other countries and are therefore "foreign" and not "domestic."
U.S. sovereignty would be long gone were it not for the Connally Reservation. The battle over erasing those six words from the U.N. Charter has been ongoing since 1946 —— most of it below the public’s radar screen.
