Interesting, nothing on the age of the vehicles or whether or not the vehicle was cared for? Black poverty is a huge issue, particularly in democrat inner city areas. Odds are, inner city blacks will be more apt to own an older, less maintained vehicle. That's not systematic racism, that's just common sense.

In the context of a system under which the vast majority must be poor so that a small minority can be very rich, and the entire organization of things like policing is designed to keep the poor poor and make the rich richer.
