After all, the recall was pitted as an election between anti-Trump policies (Newsome) and Trump policies (Elder, et al). The Trump policies lost.
It’s probably too optimistic to say it’s the beginning of the end of the Trump madness - this was California, after all. But sane, patriotic Americans are looking for a glimmer of hope, hoping beyond hope that Trump cultists FINALLY see that he’s a madman.
