Biden's Racist American Rescue Plan Getting Shot Down by Federal Courts

Joe Pander Biden, who loves to talk about discrimination against blacks, like many Democrats, is perfectly fine with discrimination against whites. He once again proved that by provisions in his American Rescue Plan, which could have been more correctly named Minority American Rescue Plan, whites being flatly, and illegally, excluded.

Biden's plan gave the US Small Business Administration the power to grant $29 Billion to business owners seeking COVID relief through the Restaurant Revitalization Fund. Big problems arose when it was discovered that the SBA was refusing the aid to whites, based on their skin color. MLK would not have liked this.

Some of the rejected whites took the matter to court, and as it stands Biden's racist, Covid relief plan is getting shot down left & right by every court it is contested in. Finally, whites, long discriminated against by Affirmative Action, are getting victories against the racists victimizing them.

President Trump, while president, appointed hundreds of conservatives to the federal courts. In so doing, he insured that even if a Democrat got elected president, Trump would still have power to exercise his agenda and policies, through those many federal judges.

That's exactly what is happening now, and will keep on happening as long as Biden is in the White House. He will constantly see his policies being blocked by a largely Trump conservative judiciary, all across the US, including the US Supreme Court.

On this case, Supreme Court Justice Roberts said “the way to stop discrimination on the basis of race, is to stop discriminating on the basis of race.”

Philip Greer’s café lost $100,000 during the shutdown. He applied to the Restaurant Revitalization Fund set up under the American Rescue Plan. The fund offers restaurateurs up to $5 million per location to cover losses. But Greer is white, and the law says for the first 21 days funds are disbursed, most white men have to go to the back of the line, behind women, veterans and “socially and economically disadvantaged” applicants. (Democrat code for non-whites)

Greer sued. On May 18, federal Judge Reed O’Connor determined that he is likely to succeed at trial and ordered the Small Business Administration to halt its discriminatory practices and consider Greer’s application immediately. The judge pointed out the obvious, that the fund’s $29 billion would likely be distributed before Greer and other white male applicants made it to the front of the line.

Citing Supreme Court precedent, O’Connor cautioned against giving “government license to create a patchwork of racial preferences, based on statistical generalizations.” Amen.

The U.S. 6th Circuit Appeals Court issued a 2-1 opinion Thursday that said the government cannot allocate limited coronavirus relief funds based on race and sex. It issued an order for the government to stop using the criteria when processing an application from Antonio Vitolo, an East Tennessee restaurant owner.

“Vitolo challenges the Small Business Administration’s use of race and sex preferences when distributing Restaurant Revitalization Funds. The government concedes that it uses race and sex to prioritize applications, but it contends that its policy is still constitutional. We disagree,” the majority opinion said.

Next up is the Justice for Black Farmers Act, “to encourage a new generation of black farmers” at a cost of $100 billion.

Five Democrats on the Senate agricultural committee, including Georgia Sen. Raphael Warnock, are behind the measure, which would award 160 acres, a home mortgage, a loan for farming equipment and agricultural training to 200,000 recipients over 10 years, setting them up to be farmers. The only qualification is a parent of African ancestry — no agricultural experience required.

What could go wrong? It’s a reckless abuse of taxpayers’ money to buy and give away 32 million acres based on one principle only: skin color. It’s reparations by another name.

I wonder if they would grant thee goodies$$ to a person whose ancestors came from Africa, who were white. My guess would be no.

While the Biden administration weighs its options, Vitolo’s lead attorney Rick Esenberg, of the Wisconsin Institute for Law and Liberty, remains confident in the outcome.

“The Sixth Circuit recognized what the Biden administration apparently does not. The Supreme Court has made clear that racial preferences cannot be justified by the desire to achieve racial balance or to comport with fashionable ideas like ‘equity,’” Esenberg said in an interview. And f the case goes to the Supreme Court,” we are confident that it will reiterate that each of us has the right to be treated as an individual, and not to be discriminated against on the basis of race or sex.”

Thread 2 days old. Still no sign of liberals, steering clear of the conversation topic they dread more than anything. Democrat support for anti-white racism.
