Hey Mango Fonzi, you know you like to hang out with the " cool " papers !

You know one thing is a foresure bet with right wingers. they will screw up a win everytime - they don't get very many wins but when they do they will shoot themselves right, square in the foot - just give them some time.

So know let's go, will one single poster who vilified Sleepy Joe call the greatest loser a fool ? hahahahahaha - nah they are still claiming " his documents" were planted because it is "DIFFERENT"

  • He went on to say that he kept the "ordinary, inexpensive folders" because they were a "'cool' keepsake."
  • The DOJ has released photographic evidence showing the roughly one hundred pages of classified records recovered.


Trump also referred to the FBI as the "Gestapo" and "Trump Hating Marxist Thugs," saying that perhaps they "took some of these empty folders when they Raided Mar-a-Lago, & counted them as a document, which they are not." And he reiterated the false claim that the FBI "planted" evidence at Mar-a-Lago when it executed a search warrant at the property in August — a claim his lawyers have stopped short of repeating in court filings.

That pathological liar just throws lies out there to see how they are received. If they go over like laughable lead balloons, like most of his lies, he just retracts them and concocts new ones. With the documents he stole, he has tried, among others, “The FBI planted them,” “I took them because they are mine,” “I mentally declassified them,” and now “I just took the folders.”

All laughable lies, as his cultists applaud.

Would it matter if he had thousands of them ? Or for that matter, would it matter if his aids/advisors had them ?

Sometimes these things get waaaay out of hand because of Demcrats' really bad habit of ignoring the LAW, bypassing it and essentially just inventing their own sets of "laws", so as to attack Republicans, especially Trump. The methodology seems to be the hell with what is legal or not. If Dems can go judge-shopping (as they have been doing for decades) and fit a charge against Trump into a totally biased against him courtroom, they will prevail, regardless of the legalities.

Trump once said regarding having presidential record documents, that he could do so if he wanted to. He's right.

Section 2205 (3) of the Presidential Records Act (USC 44 Ch 22) clearly says >>> "(3) the Presidential records of a former President shall be available to such former President or the former President's designated representative."

Not only is Trump entitled to possess the documents, but so are anyone whom he designates (Mark Meadows, Rudy Guiliani, etc)
