Does the federal government have too much power?

Recently in a series of clashes between federal and state level interests the DOJ has been busier than since prior to the Civil war beating back states rights when they are perceived to interfere with National rights. The Arizona lawsuit is one case going before the Supreme court shortly that highlights the differences between what is good for DC and What is good for the Commonwealth.

Our government doesn't seem to care what is good for the people.Only what is in it's intrest,and that is money and power over our rights.
