I want to know who all the unidicted co-conspirators are (and what they were doing there). I want to know who exactly actually assaulted these police officers. The cops did let them in, don't you wonder why?

Yeah, just like how Trump directed the FBI to investigate his campaign contacts with "Russians." You apparantly have no idea how the federal government works (hint: the POTUS isn't really in charge).
You didn't answer the question. If you want to know more about the insurrection then why wouldn't you support an independent investigation with equal numbers of repubs and dems and the same powers of subpoena for both?

You do realize that releasing the identities of those informants would risk their lives...but I guess that is ok with you. Certainly would help your Proud Boys and Oath Keepers allies to purge themselves of undercover agents.

By the way...look up the 500 or so right wingers arrested for their part in the riot. Look for the ones charged with assault. If you find any with links to the FBI let us know.

You really do need some help. Your mental illness literally leaps off the page. You are talking about the same FBI that plotted to first prevent him from winning the 2016 election, and, after he won, they worked incessantly to prevent him from operating as POTUS. The idea that they would suddenly leap into action to help him after he lost in 2020 is not just absurd - it is batshit crazy!

The FBI critically intervened to HELP Trump win the 2016 election, remember?

I feel a bit lightheaded. Maybe you should drive.
So, your story is that there was no hack on the DNC email server, no release of emails from the DNC, no attempt to take emails from a Clinton advisor...that was all a fiction invented by the FBI to keep Trump from winning....right?

Of course, you are ignoring the facts...all of those things happened and were part of efforts by the Russians to help Trump. The only thing to debate there is whether or not they actually did help.

The other issue is whether or not anyone in the Trump campaign actually encouraged the Russian effort. The Mueller investigation did not find sufficient evidence to make that case, but given the inability to get any Russian testimony on the election...are we sure of that?

Then there is your bullshit about the FBI being responsible for Trump's inability to actually be the president....Trump was inept at running an organization with the ability to disagree with him. Why do you think the best of his appointees disliked him so vehemently? Why did Trump fire Tillerson? Why did Mattis quit? Why did Trump push Kelly out? Trump's only experience had been in being a dictator in which he answered to noone.
No, we've been round and round on this and you know exactly what I think. It was (obviously) a plot directed by Obama's national security aides (Brennan & Clapper) and never-Trumper James Comey (and his merry band of Hillary supporters) to weave a narrative through normal, run of the mill contacts with Russians, routine surveilance efforts and some coincidental events.

The contacts between Trump people and "Russians" were all perfectly legal social encounters or business meetings, as evidenced by no one being charged as a result of them. The DNC server was hacked (by the Russians) in a routine surveilance effort (you act like they had no reason to be on there looking for intelligence so they must have been trying to find dirt to help Trump - that, of course, is absurd). We do the same with their political operations all the time. You have exactly zero proof they took the emails and released them to Wikileaks, and, in fact, we have Assange's assurance that it was not them. Yet you keep insisting they did it without an iota of proof. Someone, of course, did take them and give them to Wikileaks, but it could have been any of a number of domestic operatives who had an axe to grind with Clinton. So the only "fiction" involved is your insistance that it has been "proven" that the Russians did it - which flies in the face of all of the evidence.

I suppose Trump directed Durham to "slow walk" his investigation of all of the (documented) FBI (and CIA/DNI) improprieties. All of the turnover was mostly due to his frustration with the fact that much of the bureacracy was not under his control. Again, if you think the President has dictatorial control over the bureaucracy, you simply have no idea how the federal government works. So yeah, he was a shitty President (for the most part) but so is Biden (as was Bushbama). Those guys were just more in sympatico with the deep state's (neocon) agenda there is an appearance of being in control that goes along with that. The best thing I liked about Trump was that he wasn't a neocon. But, they have ways of dealing with guys like him:

No, as with Wray's recent efforts to dial down the "domestic terrorism" narrative surrounding January 6th (after the recent revelation of a boatload of "unindicted co-conspirators"), Comey was simply butt covering when he realized Trump had a chance to win the thing by resurrecting the Clinton whitewash (I mean "investigation"). Then when Trump actually won, they had to think fast to keep their whole plot from unraveling so they came up with the insipid "Logan Act" BS (did you notice nobody said "boo" about Biden doing the exact same thing before he was sworn in?). And the, as Comey admitted, he "engineered" a special prosecutor that ensured the Trump appointees would be kept 10 miles away from the whole "crossfire hurricane" plot to keep Trump out of the Oval Office).

These guys are pretty transparent and you can see exactly what they are up to, iunless you have your head so far up the government's ass that you can only see what they tell you you are seeing.

What political campaign has had dozens of meetings with a hostile power during an election in which that hostile power actively worked to help that campaign win the White House?

You have an advisor to that campaign who also brags about being an advisor to the Kremlin. You have a campaign official sharing internal polling data with a Russian agent. The Russian ambassador attended the RNC convention as a guest of the Trump campaign.

Yes, Assange and Putin both saying it wasn't the Russians who hacked the DNC. You have the US intelligence people saying it was. Clearly your patriotism is on full display, only your love of country isn't directed at this one.

Exactly none! The Russians only worked to help Trump win in the left's fevered little minds.

Since when is simply claiming one is an "advisor" a) proof that he is indeed an advisor at all and b) a Crime? He showed polling data to an oligarch who owed him money in an effort to intimidate him into repaying his debt. That might be illegal, but there is exactly zero proof the data made its way to the Kremlin (or that the guy was a "Russian agent" at all). Hillary tried to give the Russian Foreign Minister a "reset button" - was that illegal?

I trust Assange way more than I trust our "intelligence people" (who have been caught lying again and again and again over the years about pretty much everything). Your guilt by association effort is a rhetorical fail. My love of country extends to wanting to see it prosper in peace. You only love your country when it is at war, because you are a neocon.

So you are claiming there were no meetings with Russian officials or friends of Putin's during the election?

Your continued deflection, saying "it isn't illegal", is amusing. Over 100 meetings or contacts.

But while Mueller may not have found any evidence that Trump associates conspired with Russia to interfere in the election, they nonetheless had a lot of contact with Russians leading up to Election Day. In fact, investigators have found that Trump and at least 17 of his campaign officials and advisors had more than 100 contacts between Trump associates and Russians, belying the campaign’s November 2016 claim that “there was no communication between the campaign and any foreign entity during the campaign.” According to reporting, many others associated with Trump were told about contacts with Russian-linked individuals.

Those were reasons to investigate.

Hillary was secretary of state at the time of the "reset" button offer. She was not running for office and offering something of a quid pro quo for help.

How in hell was sharing polling data going to intimidate the Russian agent? Seems like a perfectly stupid suggestion. How about thinking about giving the Russians a road map on which states were close and key to a win?

Trump was way behind when Comey decided to gratuitously (and in violation of policy) smear Clinton … something so egregious that it was the official pretext for his firing. There is almost no chance he’d have won if not for Comey’s help.

And of course the FBI could absolutely have torpedoed Trump’s chances by treating the investigation of his campaign the same way they treated the investigation of Clinton’s emails (instead of playing it VERY close to the vest until after the election).

With all due respect, you are out of your frigging mind. That simply is at complete odds with the FACT that Comey (not to mention the rest of the FBI brass) very pubicly made his fear and loathing of Donald Trump crystal clear. It's chilling how you lefties feel you can get away with obvious lies simply because you have the government, the media and the educational system backing you up in making a mockery of logic and wisdom with complete dog poop like your (above referenced) ridiculousness.

I have no doubt that Comey had buyer’s remorse after his crucial intervention made Trump president and he had to deal with the reality of seeing him in office. It remains the case that the FBI was described as “Trumpland” before the election and that Comey intervened very publicly, in violation of policy, to help Trump and hurt Clinton.

That would be ridicuous even in the absence of the complete exposure of rampant anti-Trumpism at the FBI in the year preceeding the election (hello, does the term "crossfire hurricane" ring any bells? You become more buffoonish with every iteration of this imbecilic argument.

Link please to the proof of "offering something of a quid pro quo?" It is a "conspiracy theory" to suggest Kilimnik was a "Russian agent." Link please to proof of THAT as well while you are at it.

Crossfire Hurricane, that was the investigation they kept totally under wraps until after the election when the slightest casual mention of it would have certainly torpedoed Trump’s chances of winning, right?

That's complete bullshit! The vast majority of those were simply shaking hands at social gatherings. You keep conveniently forgetting that when the Obama people were put under oath each and every one of them said they really had no knowledge of any improprieties. That you continue to push these lies after all of them have been exposed is rather stunningly offensive to those of us who know the facts.

LOL! They "kept it under wraps" because it was a complete fishing expedition! You keep forgetting that their efforts have been exposed as essentially and anti-Trump jihad. Doing so in the open before the election would have ensured Trump's victory (if not landed them all in jail). If they had found something concrete (which they couldn't because there wasn't any "there there"), you can bet your ass they would have leaked it to their friendlies in the press.

You’re saying a secret meeting with Russian intelligence operatives working to help Trump win wouldn’t have been “something” to voters?
