WTF does "Scorched earth" mean when the facts show they reported that they found only circumstantial evidence of conspiracy....like Manafort sharing internal polling with a Russian agent.

If it was scorched earth, which means falsifying info and doing all they could to indict Trump. They didn't. In fact it looked to me like they suspected people like Page or Papadopolous.

Seems odd to me that you think a presidential campaign would be immune to investigations if it appears crimes have been committed that would benefit that campaign.
