I know this might come as a real shock to you, but whenever a law enforcement agency suspects someone is guilty of any crime they ALWAYS attempt to interrogate him before he hires an attorney under the guise of having a friendly conversation. Watch Dateline or Columbo some day. It’s standard procedure

Usually defense attorneys will challenge these tactics and the Judge will rule on whether they are legal in pretrial motions. It is however very unusual for an AG to make that case.

There is a difference between not having a case against someone and not suspecting he is a threat to national security. They had no case against Al Capone until they got ahold of his books by using some pretty sleazy tactics including spying on him and all of his associates then breaking into his house and his safe. Then, they made a case against him. That’s how LE works.

Michael Flynn was NATIONAL SECURITY adviser. He, in conjunction wit the National Security Council, are the sole authorities on who or what is a threat to our national security. Rogue, since been terminated for misconduct, left wing FBI agents are not.

The National Security Adviser in collaboration with the National Security Council decides on what national security threats are. Not rogue Obama cronies in the FBI.
And there will be Durham indictments. And all the people have been FIRED FOR MISCONDUCT already. Trump and Guiliani associates Fruman and Parnas are both still out on bail wearing ankle monitors after being INDICTED for slushing Russian mob money into the coffers of GOP candidates. Look it up champ. But maybe Barr will step in, cut off their ankle bracelets and drop the charges against them too....Also, in case you haven’t heard, Flynn was only the National Security Advisor for a couple weeks before TRUMP fired him for being a lying sack of shit, after which he was INDICTED, pleaded guilty and became an informant for Mueller’s investigation. You can look that up too.

Obama's cronies who tried to take Flynn down when he had nothing wrong were all terminated in some big conspiracy although it was lifetime FBI employees and Obama appointees who recommended the firings with detailed facts on misconduct. Hint: Read the IG reports.
