Could that text message by submitted as evidence in a court of law? Did it indicate a crime? If a transfer of funds from Hunter to Joe was somehow in violation of tax law, then maybe. None of Joe's tax returns show any kind of payments from Hunter.
Is there any indication of Joe using his influence to favor any of Hunter's employers? No. Don't bother flogging that dead horse of a fired Ukrainian prosecutor. Demands to fire him came from the EU, the IMF and the World Bank as well as a handful of bipartisan congressmen. Were they all trying to protect Burisma from Shokin?
