You think that's a motivation of the Republican Governor of Texas? That's who I was talking about.I believe they fear an economic rebound right before the election will benefit Trump politically so our nation's economy and livelihood are okay to sacrifice in a hope to stop him.
My real estate title company is still doing very good. People are still buying houses or refinancing them and a few commercial transactions are still going on. The law office side is kinda slow because all the county facilities are closed to the public. We can do some stuff electronically, but not everything. How's your work load?
Good to hear, how many foreclosures do you see in the future. My real estate title company is still doing very good. Keep yammering on about blue states deaths just like you did about the 18k deaths under Obama.Who Cuomo?
Me and my law partner,as Trustees, had 6 posted for this Tuesday. 2 borrowers made settlement proposals that my clients accepted. I still have 2 scheduled to go next Tuesday and so does my partner. No federal type loan can be foreclosed on yet but there are still a lot posted next week. A lot of them are owner-financed sales. I think the coming bankruptcy surge will blunt the foreclosure surge somewhat.Good to hear, how many foreclosures do you see in the future.
The economic effects of the quarantine have proved beyond a doubt that labor, not capital, creates wealth. What capital does is hold access to jobs hostage to corporate profits and pay taxes using a portion of the wealth gotten through parasitism on labor.Unfortunately, if big business shuts down there is no longer an economy for anyone. They provide the tax revenues, provide the jobs, and are the engine. I get the idea that helping large corporations seems unsavory to some but if they begin shutting down then everything is doomed. You are misplacing the purpose here.
Obama had a Congress committed to mindless obstruction of everything he attempted, including efforts to secure the funding needed to replenish the stockpile. Trump, on the other hand, had two years of perhaps the most obsequious Congress in history and could have had the funding for the asking.Ahhh, so as Obama was so distracted by sending out masks daily he was unable to find the time to re-order them in 8 years? Yet, the next guy who wasn't dealing with masks was suppose to magically find Obama's failure in a stack of thousands of duties without it being brought to his attention.
Your desperation to defend the Kenyan scum from his utter failure and blame some else instead is quite deplorable. It's how you people work.
